Assuming he materially affected the result and you managed to cherry pick the games you actually lost and the IRFU let to play him in those games. Not many assumptions there

The refs are allowing people to do this all season long, one of the BT commentators called it last week, might have been BOD actually. Encouraging people to kick it out will lead to more accidedental head injuries
