Re: A whiff of Cordite

This is clearly a Nucifora driven agenda. There is no way that this is coincidence.

Re: Sneak Peak - RDS Redevelopment Plans

Seemingly there is an announcement of some major sports capital grants today. I wonder will RDS feature with an election around the corner.

Re: Leinster v Lyon, 12th Jan 13:00

The Squad I consider Leo will pick for Sunday: 15. R Kearney; 14. J Larmour; 13. G Ringrose; 12. R Henshaw; 11. J Lowe; 10. R Byrne; 9. L McGrath 1. C Healy; 2. S Cronin; 3. T Furlong; 4. D Toner; 5. S Fardy; 6. R Ruddock; 7. JVdF; 8. C. Doris Bench: J Treacy, P Dooley, A Porter, R Molony, M Deegan...

Re: A whiff of Cordite

I revise my opinion. There are too many of these articles from IRFU pet journo's for it to be a coincidence. Definitely some spinning going on.

Re: A whiff of Cordite

I'm not sure is the raft of articles advocating Leinster players move just the journos talking shite or are they getting fed the party line from Lansdowne Road. It could be either.

Re: Leinster v Connacht Sat 5.30

Strong side. Can't wait to see Salanoa, Baird, Byrne get a run. Big game for Frawley too. Backline might be a wee bit blunt, would've liked to see Kelleher getting a start. But we'll have enough up front for them. Connacht side looks a bit thrown together. We'll have too much for that Connacht side...

Well you'll be wrong about that but that's okay.
Wrong school obviously.

The development cups and shields were held in Donnybrook yesterday. Moyne CS from Longford brought 6 bus loads of supporters to the games. Outstanding.

Re: Saints away 7th December

I suspect the side will be very similar to what was originally posted for our game against Leicester, so..... https://www.northamptonsaints.co.uk/news/saints-name-side-for-sold-out-derby-day-at-franklins-gardens/ From what Boydy said on BT Sports on Saturday, all three that failed fitness tests wer...

Re: Glasgow vs Leinster 30/11/2019

I thought our lineout went generally ok on Saturday we blew one big one in attack that looked like a bad throw, then there was one where we didn't even get anyone up for it, the throw looked decent it ended up going over the back. I think because we blew an important one/try scoring one it is magni...

Re: Munster, The Money Pit Province 2019/2020

That's a really poor result for Munster whatever way the press try to dress it up. It's probable that they will suffer losses away to Racing and Saracens. I think most fans accept that this season is mainly about change and with a tough group and the world cup disrupting the season the team have be...

Re: U20 Club 2019/20

There's a very clear top 4/bottom 4 split. UCD have impressed me the most of any team but I've only seen them once and you never know which team you will get. Have you seen many others? I've not seen Lansdowne yet, but going on results, they are the pace setters. Yeah, I've seen most of them. I thi...

Clontarf 28 - 22 DUFC Lansdowne 31 - 10 Terenure Barnhall 12 - 15 Old Wesley UCD 18 - 15 Old Belvedere Good win for Clontarf. It would be wrong to characterise this as Tarf forwards v Trinity backs, especially as the try to put Clontarf in front was a free flowing move starting in their own 22. But...

Re: HEC R1 Leinster v Treviso Sat 3.15 BT Sports

Porter is in great form, I'd be happy for him to start at TH. His try against Connacht was very like Furlong's one against Samoa, I thought. I rewatched highlights from the second Aus v. Ireland test the other day. Id totally forgotten about Furlong's line-break and attempted long pass in that game...

Re: Pro14 R4: Zebre v Leinster Sat 26th Oct 17:15 KO

Deegan had an awful game which was a real disappointment for those of us banging the drum for him. So were are two halfbacks and Kelleher. The only back to come out with credit was Keenan.
