Ireland -v- Scotland - 1 February 2020

Am hosting two Scottish rugby nuts for this game. Need to source four tickets in total, ideally together or in two pairs. Would massively appreciate any help!

Leinster -v- Connacht - 1st January 2016

I'm looking to pick up 2 tickets for Leinster fans who will be home from London over the Christmas period. Already going to the game myself on my season ticket. Ideally two seats together in either the Anglesea Stand or the Grandstand. If anyone has any going spare, I'm happy to pay face value for e...

Re: Jonny Wikinsons Toulon Away

Jennings was useless today, not for the first time in a big game this season. This myth that he's a more effective player than Jordi Murphy in a physical game needs to be put to bed.

Several selection errors were made. Cronin, Murphy and Madigan should all have started, in addition to Boss arguably.

Re: Nathen Hines on OTB

Clermont seem to be determined to offload some of their older players in advance of next season. Hines, Byrne, Sivivatu, Vosloo and Vermuelen have all confirmed their departure and there are probably a few more to go yet.

Re: NFL

Sickened by 9ers loss. Kaep making a balls of throwing to Crabtree in the final play, just like the Superbowl last year. Couldn't happen to a nicer guy in fairness. While both the Seahawks and the 49ers have a good few gougers in their squads, I often find myself just looking at the QBs or coaches ...

Re: Jonny Wikinsons Toulon Away

Surely Wilkinson must be due an injury at this point! Without him, I'd be pretty confident facing Toulon. Neither Giteau nor Michalak can control a game from 10 properly and both are prone to the odd spectacular error. If they have a full squad to pick from, we're going to need the performance of a ...

Re: Munster 2013/2014

More thuggish play this weekend. POC taken out with a flying headbutt/shoulder by the Edinburgh flanker. Binned but lucky not to get red IMO Camera angles were bad unfortunately. It certainly seemed as though he was going for a flying headbutt on POC, but there was some slight room for doubt as to ...

Re: Connacht Thread 2013/14

I don't feel sorry for them at all. I'm angry at them and so should their fans be. We have seen how good they can play against us. They seem to target the games against us and are always a difficult fixture for us. Yet they don't show up against most other teams. I'm angry because if they put the s...

Re: Leinster v Ospreys 17/1/14

That's the sweetheart! Had to retire due to heart trouble. To use a Roy Keane quote "I'm surprised they found a heart!" He was a truly awful character, no loss to the game of rugby. Remember being delighted the day I heard the fat pr!ck had to retire. From a quick scan of his twitter acco...

Re: Leinster v Ospreys 17/1/14

Well done and hard luck to the Ospreys. Pretty much all I have to add to the above. Didn't enjoy watching it and not sure the red was a red, harsh to my mind. Do not like seeing Poite on the whistle. http://www1.skysports.com/watch/video/9121210/pundits-agree-with-evans-red Scott Quinnell and Shane...

Re: Castres v Leinster

Amazed that people are raving about Reddan's performance to such a degree. Thought he was excellent in the last 15-20 before he went off but he was poor in the first half. On several occasions, he left the ball at Heaslip's feet when the scrum was rapidly retreating, which resulted in either a penal...

Re: Munster 2013/2014

Munster's line speed in defence is a real problem. Downey was never exactly Carlin Isles but he seems to have lost even more speed over the past few months. He was badly caught out a few times today, even by the non-speedsters for Gloucester like Twelvetrees. Against a team like Clermont or Toulon i...

Re: Munster 2013/2014

Pretty dismal game in Gloucester so far, lots of sloppy errors from both sides. The quality of the rugby isn't being helped by Leighton Hodges, who seems to be utterly hopeless every time I see him officiate. How the ERC keep giving him such important fixtures is beyond me. Gloucester are a pretty p...

Re: HEC: Leinster V Northampton 14/12/13 KO 6PM

On a separate note, tonight was quite possibly Shane Jennings' worst game for Leinster. He had an absolute shocker.

We've gone from a position where we were looking like guaranteed top seeds to needing to win in Castres to get a home quarter-final.

Re: HEC: Leinster V Northampton 14/12/13 KO 6PM

Farces is a disgrace of a ref. Could not agree more. People are going to start bleating about Northampton's turnaround in the space of one week, when in reality the result of tonight's game was decided by the referee. Obviously we should have played better and won comfortably, but his influence was...

Think this sums things up nicely - Why I’m ashamed to be pissed off with Jonathan Sexton http://www.irishpost.co.uk/sport/ireland-new-zealand-rugby-pissed-jonathan-sexton And how many times have we choked when on the threshold of realising the spoils of such outstanding performances?Off the top of ...

Re: Ireland v All Blacks

Sexton bottled it with that missed kick. Im sick. Yep he missed but there's no point in accusing him of 'bottling it' Yes there is; he missed two easy kicks which were the difference between the teams. No other individual error was on that scale. He actually had a poor game overall. A cross-field k...

Re: Munster 2013/2014

Very difficult to see Munster going far in the competition with performances like that. That was an average Edinburgh team who wasted a few good scoring chances. A vintage Munster side would have walked away from Murrayfield yesterday with a bonus point win.
