Re: Reggie Corrigan's attack on Lunsters

This is another ticket f%~k up. Incindentally I presume that Reggie would be very annoyed with South side Mal being seen supoprting shels. Or is that somehow different. Surely all football supporters from the Southside should support Shamrock Rovers? Mal knows his Dublin football. Shels were origin...

Re: Reggie Corrigan's attack on Lunsters

Rugby in Leinster is spread more province wide than anywhere else in Ireland. There is no excuse to be a Lunster fan We have senior clubs in Dublin, Wicklow, Kildare, Carlow and Meath, a greater spread than in Munster. We have Junior clubs in pretty much every town in the province. The schools who p...

Re: Leinster Clubs Shafted by Leinster Rugby

Here here Danthefan. I've a few Munster fan mates and they have all mentioned that its terrible I got offered 6 tickets and how the LB have fecked up. Myself and a other Leinster ST holders got their hands on tickets for supporting the team throughout the season . I think the Munster branch probabl...

Re: new season ticket

I'm in the same boat. Moving to Dublin after years away. I've already bought a season ticket (reckon Leinster is a better option than shamrock rovers!) for the south stand for next year, but at the moment i'm billy no mates. Good to know its a welcoming place to go.

Re: Junior Cup 2008/2009

The Junior draw has a Rock Clongowes final written all over it. Clongowes won the friendly between the 2 sides earlier. From what I have seen this year, Pres Bray look like the danger to rock in the top half, and CUS and Gonzaga could both give Clongowes a run fo their money. Mary's aren't up to mu...

Re: Schools Rugby 2008-09

Junior League semi-final replay is on Wednesday at 2pm in Seapoint. CUS should have won the first game. The ref bottled a decision to give us a penalty under the sticks in injury time. I reckon he was playing for the draw. Our second try was dodgy at best!!!!. Both sides will have to improve if they...

Junior league semi finals this week. Any ideas of venues and fixtures. I know Pres and CBC topped their groups but I cant work out who they will be playing. I'm pretty sure that the wonderful CUS are through and I would love to go and see them

Re: Schools Rugby 2008-09

C'mon CUS. Back in with a chance in the senior league after we beat Pres Bray yesterday. The juniors had a good win as well. Any other results at J or S level. I know that Clongowes played Rock last weekend at Juniors

Re: Schools Rugby 2008-09

Don't despair CUS fans. Our Juniors are going strong. They started the league with big wins over KH and an impressive victory over Newbridge. We lost 12-0 yesterday to Pres Bray who from what I have heard have hammered everyone they have played. It looks like we will still secure a semi final spot i...

Why would High School want a game with Michaels so early on in the season??

Leinster Youths took a bit of a beating from Pres Bray about 30 points or so.

Re: Schools Rugby 2008-09

CUS being talked up on this forum. Now there is a surprise!! As big a fan as I am of them, beating teams at under 14 level doesn't mean anything. They need to be kept grounded. Its not as if our rugby teams can compare to our cricket teams!! Good to hear that they will be competitive though

Schools Rugby 2008-09

New season starting. Who are the teams to look out for this year at Senior and Junior level. I presume Rock will go in as favorites at both levels. Their seniors won the Juniors Cup 3 years ago at a canter if I remember and their juniors are supposedly unbeaten since 13s. What about the rest. Nure m...

Re: Gonzaga forced to withdraw from Senior League

castleknock have not played gonzaga in the cup in at least 20 years if memory serves me correctly. havent played pres since 02 when wiped the floor with them and did the same with monkstown in 06. So id like you to demonstrate as to how castleknock has not been able to "compete" with the ...
