Re: Ireland under 19s v Italy
what does this have to do with the u-19s?????? Read the thread properly and you'll see. We're discussing former half-back prospects who didn't amount to as much as had been expected of them and we're hoping that the same doesn't occur in relation to Andrew Burke etc. The discussion may be slightly ...

Re: St Mary's College v Terenure College
Two small, insignificant clubs that contribute nothing to Irish rugby. Surprised to see this discussion on here, didnt realise you internet types even realised there was a club game in this country except Tony Ward, Paul Deans, Rodney O'Donnell, Ciaran Fitzgerald, Denis Hickie...etc Yeah nothing at...

Re: Ireland under 19s v Italy
Ulster competition was pretty weak this year, Macklin undoubtedly is a class tighthead the reason himself, Sexton or McGrath aren't starting is that they all played in their respective cup finals over the paddy's weekend who is the no 7 Dougal does anyone know? (was he on the u-18 club side last sea...

Re: Gap between schools and clubs
Here just to put a bit of pesrpective on the debate the standard of School Rugby is much better than club rugby due to training, coaching, numbers etc. Not due to talent. The makeup of the Leinster Squad backs that fact up. But there are certain clubs who would definetly put it up to the school sid...

Re: Barnhall U-18s They would take most school teams

I think SCT players are ineligable but even if they're eligable only a few actually play with Seapoint-Mick Noone and a few more did play my cousi...
