Re: Leinster Senior Cup 2008
Don't get me wrong Belvo are big 6 and have one of the best histories. What I was saying was that Belvos record in the period when Michaels have been around is no more outstanding and the fact that they have such a tradition makes them underachievers over the past 30 years. Anyway...Hope Ivers is a...

Re: Leinster Senior Cup 2008
Sounds like the CBC second row is out for the Mary's match. He has a recurring back injury picked up last Semptember against Nure. so who will be starting, whats he like? I don't know much about him other then he is a good line-out jumper. I think John Fitzsimons would be starting, he isn't as tall...

Re: Leinster Senior Cup 2008
I here the Monkstown second row Ivors or something might not be playing against Mary's cause of a back injury. I don't think it will effect them that much.

Re: Leinster Senior Cup 2008
CBCs Ging at 10 is a brilliant player. He's only just back from a long term injury though in past couple of months. CBC also lost a couple of out halfs to injury who could have played. This is Reid's third year, he has the experience while this is the CBC 10s first SCT. Reid is the better at the mo...

Re: Leinster Senior Cup 2008
CBC need to up their performance against Michaels, if they make as many handling errors & give away as many penalties they will lose. They need to commit more men to rucks, the backrow need to concentrate on their primary duties & not stand out in the centres looking for glory. I spoke to a...

Re: Leinster Junior cup 2008
Even game between Zaga and CBC. Monkstown were probably the better team but Gonzaga took their chances. CBC should have won with the drop goal but the replacement out-half bottled it completely. About 10 metres out and straight in front of the posts with no rush defense and the ball barely left the...

CBC aren't that good this year. Only the cup will ultimately tell how good this CBC side is, but to say they arent good is absurd, they had 5 of the Leinster schools u19 side that won the interpros (including the captain). I think the reason that so many people are over-hyping CBC is that people ar...

Still dont see CBC inflicting much damage in the SC this year. Good team, but still a long way from the Cup. If I heard more people that didnt either go to the school or are in the school talking about how good they are, then mabe that would be a clear sign of interest to the other teams! I agree, ...
