Re: Corona Virus

We have no idea of the long term effects and how much they will cost us in the long run and we won't for a long time. Early indications are that they are many and various and probably really expensive and effecting young people, possibly even asymptomatic, and possibly posing q burden on the health ...

Re: Munster Rugby - Semi Conscious, the Series Finale??? - 2020/21

During a break in play the camera was looking at a bunch of cardboard cutouts of all hardcore munster fans and there in among them was Reggie Corrigan. He's out of the closet! They use that in the dressing room to get Peter O'Mahony to put his game face on. Always revitalises him from a tepid perfo...

Re: Benetton v. Leinster, Sat 10 Oct, 1715hrs

Lot of Ireland players getting the run out here. I wonder do they really think that some of the others will need game time managed in the next block? With injuries and retirement we are pretty light in the backs, not just back 3.

Re: Munster Rugby - Semi Conscious, the Series Finale??? - 2020/21

Not what I would have went with, but great to see youth given its chance. Healy and Casey may well be the first choice half back pairing in the near future, so it will be interesting to see what they do. Unusual to see a team starting with inexperienced 9, 10 and 12. Salanoa and Crowley in line to ...

Half three in October. They would have been on. Phew.
I think you just started drinking early.
Honestly not with the niece, nephew, and father in tow which is much more disturbing!

Re: Leinster v Salarysins

Wow. At least tell me the lights were on. I was pretty sure it wasn't a Saturday evening match for no particularly good reason, remember the place lit up and the buzz. But memory is plastic and I could have invented it. And the three Exeter fans apparently! First match in Europe after a lions or wor...

Re: Leinster v Salarysins

I remember Exeter's first European cup game, against us in the RDS, and a few of their fans were walking in ahead of me and stopped at the sight of the full Friday night lights and European matchday atmosphere. I was saying to them that while the last qualifying English team was often there to make ...

Re: Leinster v Salarysins

Thought it was absolutely hilarious when one of the Saracens players gestured to Owens about time wasting after 78 mins... When they'd spent the previous 77 minutes doing everything they could to stop the game, stop momentum, waste time. Priceless. 160 minutes of no try low risk slowed down rugby. ...
