Re: Ben Dunne Gym - Sandyford

If it's 90 shekels per year, I can guarantee you there won't be a pool.
I use the one in Lucan, having used the one in Trinity for several years, BD is better, even though I do miss the sauna.

Was watching that game on Friday and couldn't believe the AR even flagged it...piss poor communication process between the two of them, you'd wonder if these guys even do a team of 3 talk before the game.

Re: How long left...?

So Dowson runs into Heaslip who's running a straight line, ergo the whole premise of our attacking system is obstruction and sharp practice. Do me a favour mate He stopped though, in contravention of 10 (C), he knew exactly what he was doing.Thought it was Clark, not Dowson? Shaggy being held by Wi...

Re: Churchill Cup

Watching the Churchill Cup at the weekend it's such a shame we're not there. It really is a missed opportunity to expose the likes of McFadden, O'Malley, Murray, Ruddock, Dominic Ryan, Kev McLoughlin, Spence, JHW, Madigan, Johne Murphy, Jones, Zebo, D Kearney, Conway, Carr etc and give game time to...

What time did he need? It's either a try or go back for the full line-out.

Re: Richie McCaw

No he missed the fact that two Irish players being there for a lineout meant a quick lineout should not have been allowed. And that the hooker took the throw while on the field. Look at it again, it was clear as day. How was that "following the laws of the game"? And once again, it's not ...

Re: Richie McCaw

Wrong. Allen was trying to convey a proper line-out had been formed (it hadn't), Kaplan cuts him off...Allen should have said the ball used was irrelevant as it wasn't a quick throw. Both f%~ked up but Kaplan is top dog, he's responsible.

Re: 10 Year Magners League attendances chart

LM/Dave, I take both your points but I will say that prior to the HEC win in 2009, many clubs exhibited indifference at best and outright hostility at worst to the pro game. One of my best memories of the Glorious Second of May was 'Rock whining to Thornley about their paltry ticket allocation. Afte...

yes, the 6N games are on a list of sporting events that by law must be free to air. grand national is another. can't think of anything else on over here worth watching  Incorrect, RWC final is only rugby union event which must be free to air. 6 Nations could be PPV, provided delayed coverage/...

Kaplan had previous on a similiar quick throw incident. He also cut across Allen and basically led with his questioning. He's in charge of the team of three, he's responsible.

Re: Restaurant/Take Away Review Thread

Hit the Indian across the road from Donnybrook stadium, Khans Balti House, last week. It was very, very tasty and quite good value to boot. Staff were excellent, even moved us after a large party in the window got a little loud rather than have the crowd sitting on top of us. It was BYOB as well so...

Re: TV Coverage of Summer Matches

I think Sky have rights to England's *home* warm-up games however Ireland obviously own the rights to their own home games so Ireland v England is more likely to be on RTE/BBC as AFAIK, Ireland has never sold games to Sky before. This details what England's arrangement is - home and away matches, w...

ERC have not ruled out Aviva as a venue. It will never be held in Croker.

Marseille is a shithole, Italy or Barca would be superb.
