Dunno, I’m definitely not a fan of his emoji work, apart from that he’s a top class contributor to the site.

This place has become seriously tetchy of late. Mildly adds a huge amount to this site. I wish some others would give it a rest with the school bullshit.

Re: Leinster Squad 19-20

I was rewatching the 09 final the other day, and I was reminded of how many incredible leaders we had in that group. There were just so many men you could imagine following into battle, as the cliche goes. I don't look at the current crop and see too many of the younger lads who fall into that categ...

Re: Leinster Squad 19-20

So does Kearney and he's far more deserving as our only world class FB but it's not their decision to make unfortunately. Toner is lucky that Leo Cullen is more likely to fight for him given the previous remarks he made about him. Is he your grandson or something? He's one of the last players I'd f...

Re: Leinster Squad 19-20

Well I'm convinced now anyway. I'm glad they took Carbery and I hope Munster poach more of our best players. I never realized until now what harm the good young players were doing.

Re: Leinster Squad 19-20

When you didnt understand the question I went back over it to see if I could have been clearer. I could not. I think you understand the difference between "too many for your own good." and "too many for your own requirements". Is it not clear? If we kept all the quality players we produce we would ...

Has anyone mentioned that Frankie Sheahan is James Cronin's agent? https://m.independent.ie/business/new-career-move-was-frankie-sheahans-lineout-of-a-lifetime-30833521.html "As part of his business, Frankie also runs a sports management agency, representing professional rugby players and sports sta...

Just to say: Thanks for these posts sir. I love to read them. Thought it worth saying, in case you think the lack of replies equates to a lack of interest!

Re: Munster, The Money Pit Province 2019/2020

I feel like I must be taking the crazy pills, as I seem to be the only person who is suspicious. It's definitely weighted more in the direction of 'he was negligent as a pro sportsman' and 'rugby doesn't treat doping as its biggest issue' rather than a complicated conspiracy with a pharmacy risking...

INDO article by Fanning. Tis about Munsters latest drug scandal. Can someone C&P it and post it here. It's heartening that nobody here has an indo subscription, but I wish someone did so I could read a copy paste of the odd interesting article. Hopefully he thinks it's weird that a guy with coincid...

Re: Munster, The Money Pit Province 2019/2020

To be honest, it seems plausible to me and having read the report he's got a lot of evidence to back up his story. It's a big mistake from the pharmacy, because if you're giving the wrong drugs to a seriously ill and elderly patient rather than an absolute bull of a twenty-something you could have ...

Re: Munster, The Money Pit Province 2019/2020

Prednesol isn't an antibiotic, it's a steroid used with antibiotics that's taken in divided dosage. So they're usually 5mg tabs, you normally take 20-30mg first day and gradually reduce. An adult can take up to 100mg in a day or something like that. The pharmacy making a mistake has been admitted b...

Re: Munster, The Money Pit Province 2019/2020

You don't need to be Kimmage to smell something rotten here. “The pharmacy dispensed medication to him which was intended for another customer.” 1. The odds of that are immensely low. How often do you think that happens? Plenty of people are severely allergic to certain drugs. It would cause death. ...

Re: Anybody looking to offload a flight to paris

Out of curiosity, are people here that were planning on going to the match still going to go to Paris? I'm in two minds. On one hand, it's not like Paris is particularly bad right now. On the other, the thought of airports and planes and the like isn't very appealing right now. Not sure if I'm being...

“He definitely has a lot of physical potential,” Cullen says of Ryan Baird. “You can see that when he makes that break up the sideline (against Ospreys), as a second row that’s an amazing bonus. But… he’s not going to get judged first and foremost on making 60-metre breaks. “He is going to get judg...

I don't know what the pulse of this site is, but for a variety of reasons, nearly all of the moral, I have no time whatsoever for the shinners. I'm not a massive social media user, but what little I look at sees to be overwhelmed by their "online volunteer supporters". I'm amazed there hasn't been m...
