Re: Zebre at home, 23 Oct. 19:35

As mentioned above this is, on paper, our easiest fixture of the entire season. I'd be surprised, and probably a little disappointed, if that front 5 starts as they'll be starting a lot of other games in the next few weeks.

Re: Aviva Premiership: something exciting happens

Bristol really should have won even more comfortably. Both disallowed tries really should have been scored, especially the first which was incredibly sloppy play from Thacker.

Toulon rode their luck to lead at half-time but ran out of gas and ideas in the last 20 minutes.

Rob Russell playing great stuff for Trinity at the moment, thought he was pretty unlucky not to make the academy..
He was shafted by Josh Lyman when Santos won the nomination.

Re: Zebre at home, 23 Oct. 19:35

This is, on paper at least, the easiest of the fixtures we'll have in the international window. Might be the ideal time to throw in a couple of the youngsters and give a few of the older players a week off.

For example I could see Clarkson getting a start here with either Bent or Parker on the bench.

Ryan Baird will miss the remaining 6N fixtures.

Porter, Sexton and Kelleher should resume training next week.

Re: Leinster Squad 20-21

I'd expect Leo has a plan of who'll be featuring in each match with the less experienced players penciled in for specific matches. We could use Toner, Fardy and Molony as the second rows in all of the next 6 games but I'd expect both Jack Dunne and Charlie Ryan to feature at times, even if the other...

Lowe’s 33rd try for Leinster. Any chance he could become our record try scorer? Probably not with his likely involvements with Ireland from this year on.
Still a long way to go to catch Shaggy's 69 tries.

Re: Leinster Squad 20-21

Worth noting that Harry Byrne, Tracy and Lowe are only down to train with the squad next week and not in the 35-man panel to play the last two 6N games.

Re: Heineken Cup 2020/21

I think it's because Sale haven't gotten their sh!t together that they're in that bracket. As things stand, Munster's English opposition would be either Harlequins or Sale, although the latter could move into the Premiership’s top four at Bath’s expense if their controversial rearranged game agains...

Will any of the Irish squad players be allowed to travel for this? I wonder.

If we don't have Lowe, Larmour and Keenan, I'm not sure what kind of backline we can field.
They're all training today, so assume those that are fit will be available.

And here, Berch is one of the worst offenders for getting player’s names wrong. Every week on the 42 he mentions “Ronan Solano” and “Mario Toje”
Last week he got Tuilagi mixed up with Mako Vunipola

Terrible discipline and a penchant for box kicking no matter where they are on the pitch. It's not been a great 25 minutes for Munster.
