Re: Donald Trump - Have your say.

It's sad that this stuff needs to be compiled for some people. As if the individual acts weren't enough.

Re: Leinster Squad 19-20

Today is a great example of that, 2 well thought of props are moving, and there is only outrage about the one moving to Munster. At least we agree that Munster are bad, but not as bad as Connacht and Ulster? But sure they are sound. Not sure the derogatory comment about dwarves is appropriate or ne...

Re: Leinster Squad 19-20

Hi there. My view - I don't have a problem with players moving. Particularly those who are already established and want more 1st team gametime (which most of those who headed up North). What I struggle with is players who have been developed and are on a pathway and (in my view) will develop quicke...

No mention of this yet??? https://amp.independent.ie/incoming/5b30a/35594473.ece/AUTOCROP/h400/p53joe.jpg I was just above that so had a perfect view of it and it's one of my all time favourite Leinster moments. I know ronk and Robo just referenced the "Mr Leinster" nickname and I remember that I w...

Re: Corona Virus

A practical idea that works for us. When loading the fridge etc when back from shops we write the use by date on a piece of paper and put it on the fridge door. So far we have had no food waste at all. Nice one. We've been meal planning based on UBD and leaving it on the door.. Might add the use by...

Re: Techy advice needed

If you've got a spare TV, the windows wireless display adaptor is very useful and takes no setup - I've been using one with my TV and can mirror or extend the display. I think sound works too.

Only £35STG from Currys but around €50-60 in Ireland.

Not sure much action has been decided from yesterdays COBRA. They've changed their response in name only - I can't see any action on their part.

Re: Corona Virus

Seems like Borris and team pushing the business as normal and its here so let's have it spread and develop herd immunity and yes a percentage of people die but thats triage. Very cold and calculated risks in the uk. Seem to be a real outlier in terms of approach and even scientifically there appear...

Re: Corona Virus

130 -150 people die in Ireland every year from influenza, for which there is an annual vaccination available. If the Goverment announced that admission to every major Sport match (say more than 5,000 spectators) should be cancelled unless every fan attending could produce a certificate of vaccinati...

Re: England v Ireland 2020 6N 23-FEB Father vs Son

Joseph on the wing; Eddie persisting with the backrow; Marler starts ahead of Genge; Youngs back in. There's big cracks there that Ireland can target. England: 15 Elliot Daly, 14 Jonny May, 13 Manu Tuilagi, 12 Owen Farrell (c), 11 Jonathan Joseph, 10 George Ford, 9 Ben Youngs, 8 Tom Curry, 7 Sam Un...

Re: Leinster v Salarysins

Can't see that on the EPCR website? Have a link? Potentially not just our quarter-final opponents would change from Sarries to Glasgow, but the whole make up of the four matches. The result would be Leinster v Glasgow Racing v Northampton Exeter v Ulster Toulouse v Clermont. See comments section: h...

Great to see that their production line is still producing great talent. https://www.munsterrugby.ie/2020/01/31/munster-sign-de-allende-gallagher-and-snyman/ They're a joke. Nucifora too for permitting it. Don't see an issue with it, I have to say. You're allowed to have a certain number of NIQ/NIE...

I would still blame Netflix more for that - any service should verify that the person using the email to sign up for things controls the email account in question. Definitely - verification is key when signing up or changing details. It's still avoidable from Gmail though and as the article suggest...

Re: Friday's rant

Gmail has a weird (and known) issue in that if you have an address as listed above you'll receive messages for firstname.lastname@gmail.com or anything with that letter sequence and full stops because Google doesn't recognise the stops. It's forced me to change my once before - if it happens again ...
