Re: Leinster Squad 19-20

I think some of you have lost sight of the fact that the IRFU own 4 franchises, Leinster and Munster being 2 of the 4. These franchises were set up with one goal in mind, to improve the international team. This is something that has been a massive success, with Ireland winning a number of triple cr...

There is a video of what happened to Dan on Reddit. I don't recommend it. The player in question actually left Ulster post match.

In the All Blacks game this autumn Ireland only had two rucks in the 5m channels. Joe has obviously coached the lads to go to ground early and in field.

Re: Leinster Scrumhalves

JGP stats this season are very good. 15 Assists and 5 tries. He has the most assists in the Pro14 with double the second highest (Carty) despite playing around half the available minutes. Rugby Pass have some AI based algorithm that tries to calculate a player's value. JGP is currently 6th, but unti...

Ross Byrne doesnt look happy at all walking down the tunnel. I think he's hard on himself, like wilko and Sexton. I like that in a player.

Re: Stuart Lancaster joining Leinster

I'm guessing Joe will head back to NZ but from a tugby POV I'd love to see him go for something like the French job, imagine what he could do with their side and the young players they have coming through? Obviously from an Irish rugby fan POV I just hope he goes back to teaching. From an Irish fan...

A bit of wind. That might be an understatement, or were you referring to yourself after a few pints? 12 kmh out of the southwest shouldn't disrupt our game too much: https://www.met.ie/ It certainly seems that whatever bit of a blow the East coast gets out of the storm will be long over. Wasps migh...

So is anyone out in PE? Just finished a week on the garden route, psyched for the match later. Shame the saffers are gonna be in low spirits after being tonked by NZ.

He's still a kid. Give him the experience and he'll learn how to do it. Same goes for Carbery and game management; these things take time. You're absolutely right! To be fair I am doing just that, I haven't written him off and I don't think he's the second messiah. He's exceptional when we're winni...

Re: NG Dragons v Leinster Friday 19.30

Ross Byrnes body language was brilliant. Celebrating tries and urging the forwards on for the last push over try. As a very jealous Connacht fan I'm not sure how he's not getting more praise/hype. A 21 year old out half coming from nowhere to lead the team to European victories is a big deal, no ma...

Huh?
Isa was kicking last time we played Montpellier, and that was with Sexton on the pitch too.

Kinda hope he keeps kicking, he's top points scorer and top try scorer atm.

Yeah I think they are. They have good sponsorship, good gates and they own their stadium. Which was built for them debt free. So I think they're in the strongest financial position of any of the provinces. And there is a rumour that Rory McIlroy pays salary top ups :)
