Re: Men's Six Nations 2022
I'd take either at the ospreys tbh, as flaky as they are they are both miles better than say dan evans or Stephen myler. plus we have a long history of overhyped flaky prima donnas so it's not really a concern. Granted if the ospreys had players like sexton and keenan I wouldn't want them here eith...

Re: United Rugby Championship
Big Win for Edinburgh and Ulster could and proably should have won out in SA The ospreys and the dragons were both useless and made the lions and bulls look like world beaters, the Lions have some v decent players in fairness and I can see them making a real end of season charge up the table Cardiff...

WRU in trouble again. Best case scenario an out of court settlement.Worse case scenario people lose their jobs and sponsors start walking. https://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/sportsnews/article-10645119/Welsh-Rugby-Union-turmoil-rape-joke-Hitler-jibe-amid-claims-misogyny-sexism.html So much for rugby...

Re: Men's Six Nations 2022
Found myself thinking a lot more about the Scots after the game than I did before the game. There's a weird, destructive relationship between Townsend and the senior backs [Hogg and Russell in particular]. They're never going to accomplish anything significant together. The Scots aren't going to be...

That centre pairing is a handful (is Farrell dropped or are they your first choice pair these days), I like that casey at 9 and Coombes seems to score in most games he plays
Looks like Munster have picked a team to run should be a good watch

Re: United Rugby Championship
The bok teams are really hitting their stride now, the play offs could be really interesting this season The Blues and Scarlets were dreadful this weekend, both sides were hopeless in defence and you have to question the attitude of some of the welsh players I would give Botham some credit he was ex...

Re: Men's Six Nations 2022
A very interesting trio of games , Wales were abject apart from two moment of class from Watkin and Adams in attack Italy played well and their 15 and Ioane were the best backs on the field while their 6 was the best forward Ireland won at a canter really, Sheehan was excellent and is going to be a ...

Re: Munster v Leinster, 26th December 7.35pm - Christmas in Mordor
IF Sheeran was playing in my back garden I would close my curtains , how someone can be so dreadful at folk, rapping, rock and still be a huge success is beyond me (as you can tell I'm not a fan) I like him, later stuff isn’t as good earlier stuff is very good tho I genuinely can't abide him , mind y...

Re: Men's Six Nations 2022
France at full strength (bar Ollivon) I really can't see England beating them, France have too many good players, the home advantage plus all the momentum is with them.
If England get a hiding I can see Eddie being under real pressure, he has very few friends in the media as it is

Re: Munster v Leinster, 26th December 7.35pm - Christmas in Mordor
This one has been re-fixed for 2 April, as Ed Sheeran playing Thomond in May and Munster won't host Leinster then. Leinster Munster in the Aviva on the last weekend of the league 20/21 May. Moving your biggest home game of the season for an Ed Sheeran gig, that really is a shocker

Re: Men's Six Nations 2022
England are under Eddie Jones have not just plateaued but they are falling back badly, they don't seem to have a set style of play at all They don't seem to want to be a side relies on physically over powering sides up front and they don't seem to want to be a side that plays a 15 man running game....

Re: Connacht 2021/22
No disrespect to Connacht but in the grand scheme of things they are really going to struggle to get past the 3 bigger more affluent provinces now we have the bok sides in it's highly unlikely they will ever win another title So by playing exciting rugby they are at least entertaining their fans eve...

Re: United Rugby Championship
The boks sides are 4 from 4 last weekend, I would fancy the bulls sharks and stormers to all win again Munster may get the win vs the lions, Edinburgh vs Glasgow same weekend as a Scotland 6 nations game seems a bit daft "....a bit daft"? You're the master of understatement; take a bow!!!...

Re: United Rugby Championship
You'd have to think the Bok sides will be stronger next year and they will be looking towards winning the league my worry is that the welsh and Scottish sides just won't be able to compete. In last week's game the scarlet's had the sharks right on the go for an hour in fairness to them but the shark...
