Re: Connacht Away Sept 29th 5.15
Going to be a cracking game on Saturday, its a bit silly that the narrative being pushed is about Muldoon's conversion I've no issue with Healy being annoyed about it, he is a ulta competitive professional athlete - it'd be weird if he didn't have his back up That said, its important to remember the...

Re: Connacht 2016/17
Jack Carty had a good game but we lack a quality place kicker when Ronaldson, Cooney or Boshoff not on the pitch - TOH and Parata can kick AFAIK so maybe worth giving them a shot Scrum was great but lineout a disaster - a few times no one even jumped so wasn't Tom's darts we simply had no one callin...

Re: Connacht 2016/17
Would have loved Rodney to stay
Stacy just until end of the season AFAIK
We've good few young backs in the academy like Gaffney, Brennan, O'Keefe and Leavy, as well as Parata and Leader knocking around so don't think we need keep him on any longer after this season

Re: Leinster v Connacht, Sat 29 Oct @ 17.15 in the RDS
No issue with losing that - Leinster defense was so solid, Lancaster looks to have a serious defensive system in place there. A promising opening 25mins for Connacht but when Ronaldson went off with HIA and when SOB got binned it all seemed to fall apart Thought Jack Carty was one of our better play...

Re: Leinster v Connacht, Sat 29 Oct @ 17.15 in the RDS
Leinster front row is only place I'm particularly worried off Ross v JP Cooney and Healy v Carey is clearly advantage come scrum time ah we clearly have the better backrow and outhalf too Leavy/Conan/SOB/JvdF doesn't frighten me as much as I thought it would as I've absolute full confidence in SOB2...

Re: Connacht 2016/17
Be nice if they got a prop Agreed but I've being quietly impressed with Conor Carey everytime I've seen him play. Don't think he's Lions standard but he's a very good PRO12 prop with soft hands. He got mullered against Toulouse, but so have better props so no shame in that He is a very useful Pro12...

Re: Ireland Team for ABs
Best case scenario team with that squad is: McGrath / Best / Furlong Dillane / Toner Stander / Heaslip / JvdF Murray / Sexton Marshall / Henshaw Zebo / Payne / Trimble Cronin / Healy / Bealham / Ryan / POM / Marmion / Jackson / Gilroy SOB and POM cannot start against NZ Sending Ringrose in would be ...

Re: Leinster v Connacht, Sat 29 Oct @ 17.15 in the RDS
is Roux injured too? either way theyre missing max 3 players to Carton House, we're missing a lot more, and a lot more angry Connacht boys with a point to prove and against the motherland too No Roux will be 4 like the poster said - Cannon for the bench Weather meant to be decent Connacht @13/5 at ...

Re: Leinster v Connacht, Sat 29 Oct @ 17.15 in the RDS
Connacht should be able to name a pretty strong team. Something like: Few little alternations : Loughney out so be JP Cooney at LH Haven't a monkey uncle who will bench at LH 50/50 between who will start 6 - McKeon or SOB2.0 Cannon was 24th man in Parma so I say he'll bench I believe Cooney might b...

Re: Leinster v Connacht, Sat 29 Oct @ 17.15 in the RDS
I'm sure Leinster will have Luke McGrath, Gary Ringrose and Joey Carbery available, don't see any of them involved in Match Day Irish Squad for NZ - and I say Sean O'Brien will be given some gametime so Leinster will have a strong enough side considering.. With presumably Bealham to bench at TH for ...

Re: Connacht 2016/17
Mainly just 6 alright but apparently can play across backrow
I'll admit backrow wasn't an area I thought we needed, especially with SOB2.0 back soon and Masterson at Xmas
Seems a decent player mind, has a monster of a tackle on him

I was expecting 5 weeks myself, but considering McFadden got 3 last season for similar on Nathan White I'd accept 4 weeks
