Re: Leinster v La Rochelle Saturday 13th April 2024 at 5.30pm RTE2

Stephen Jones in the Sunday Times talking about the semi. There's so many holes in his argument that it's impossible he can't see them. He just likes being controversial. "They will face Leinster, who beat La Rochelle 40-13, in the semi-final, and in a massive shock, Leinster are not hosting i...

Re: Croke Park to host major Leinster rugby games

I hope I’m wrong but I really can’t see us getting more than 50k to Croke Park. ERC is organising which won’t help. The best hope is group offers and deeply discounted tickets. I think Nowlan Park would have been a much better option IMHO. Appreciate the immediate financial considerations but takin...

Re: Leinster v La Rochelle Saturday 13th April 2024 at 5.30pm RTE2

Loved, loved, loved yesterday. When you make yourself the jester and court the attention it’s hard to feel sorry for you when things don’t go your way. There of course might be some truth in the possibility of the toll of having to travel to and back from South Africa over the last two weeks having...

Re: Leinster v La Rochelle Saturday 13th April 2024 at 5.30pm RTE2

Larmour was simply outstanding today and Ross Byrne showed Farrell who is the number 1 at 10 in Ireland ATM. Frawley had a super game at 15 too. Hard to fault anyone really and with hopefully Keenan and Ringers to come back in we can only get better. Moments of the match though for me were Leo final...

Re: Leinster v La Rochelle Saturday 13th April 2024 at 5.30pm RTE2

Don’t be surprised that there will be a serious traveling La Rochelle support coming over on Saturday. Over? They’ll just get the train up from Kent station. True, there will be a big crowd from Cork and an even bigger crowd from Limerick travelling up to support La Rochelle. POP up shop in Cork se...

Re: Leinster v La Rochelle Saturday 13th April 2024 at 5.30pm RTE2

This a huge opportunity to get a home semi final by knocking out the holders. If we play with the proper mix of accuracy, power, commitment and common sense, we will win. It is up to how WE prepare and play. Get it right, we win. Get it wrong, we don't. I know we will get it right Where is the idea...

Leinster and Ticketmaster at it again worst tickets being offered to season ticket holders and no 2 by premium tickets for €109 available even though I checked at 2pm on the dot. Really poor It's absolute garbage, been at it for years and it never changes. Treat your best and most important custome...

highlight of the match BTW was just before Coles went off - Healy mullered him in a scrum, slapped him on the back, Coles gave him some verbals and they both bristled and wandered off like two old pack horse props....old school stuff !!

Re: Leinster v Leicester - Sat 6 April, 20.00 RTE2

Well it's gloom and doom on here tonight.............. Honestly thought Leicester turned up and did well. We were in third gear for most of it. Think I'd swap Harry in for Ross next week and I think we will beat LAR - watched the Stormers game today and Stormers were for the most part fairly brainle...

Re: Leinster vs Bulls, March 29th, 7.35pm

Wow, great performance. Bulls were put on their feet second half due to our tempo. Conan had a cracking game and both Byrnes were absolute class. Harry had a super 55 mins. Larmour lethal and Russell had a classy game. Turner lovely cameo. Humming nicely. What exactly is VDF made of ? He's not human...

Re: Zebre v Leinster Sat 23 March KO 7:35pm RTE2

Thought Gunne was superb when he came on. Would like to see more of him with the starting 9 jersey. Terrific little player +1, impressive cameo and a rocket pass. Thought Prendergast had a nice little outing too. That touch finder from inside his own end goal to well inside the Zebre half must have...

Re: Cardiff Away, March 2nd

He's got another year to go to bulk up tbh. He's filled out a bit but it isn't enough. I've confidence in him improving in defence because I've seen him be solid in that aspect it's just going to take time. Not something I'd send shots at him for. Yeah to clarify I didn't mean next season specifica...

Beautifully, you missed beautifully! He is glorious..........mark my words Crowley is nothing but a transitional footnote. Sam has such a deft pass and timing. He needs lots of gametime. Hmm... A 10 min cameo against a beaten Benetton is great, but he has a long way to go before he's dominating at ...
