Re: Ulster 2019-2020

Ian Madigan has apparently arrived in Belfast.

Someone heard "Posh Dublin" accents and Dan McFarland visited.

If true a nice boost for Ulster and speeds up integration for next season.

Re: Book thread

Prior to the release of the 12th book (paperback) I am rereading The Last Kingdom series of books by Bernard Cornwell. http://www.bernardcornwell.net/books/?mgregion=gb I really enjoy them as the books are light and easy to read - if the plot gets too deep there is another battle - and easy to pick ...

Proper point Dave. I think, mostly, doping is driven by the individual and not a club policy (except perhaps Juventus FC and SA Rugby). Was wondering why are children apparently unaffected . What is different about children to the rest of the population and teens too. Could it be related to their growth hormones. Are there other groups showing a similar resilience. Groups who use creatine perhaps Simply not true. 3 teenagers died i...

The film itself started about a half an hour ago on TCM movies, he probably has it on record.
Have it on record myself, is it worth watching, like I don't want to waste a couple of hours of my life when I have so much to do.
It is a great film. Highly recommend it.

Re: Corona Virus

A practical idea that works for us.

When loading the fridge etc when back from shops we write the use by date on a piece of paper and put it on the fridge door.

So far we have had no food waste at all.

Other half was watching Cheltenham and stuck 50 cent each way on It Came To Pass. Only picked it cause Dad was trainer and Daughter was Jockey. It came in at 66/1 but she got it at 125/1.

Won €76.
