Re: RWC 2019

For all the Japanese reputation for efficiency they do struggle to get a stretcher on the pitch.

Trying to complete the tv information for the rugby world cup. So Eir Sport are showing every game with RTE showing the Irish pool games, all the knockout games and 2 others - anyone know which other 2 they are showing? Itv are showing all matches on Itv 1 or itv 4. https://www.itv.com/rugbyworldcu...

Re: RWC 2019 Warmup Games

Regarding POM moving to 7.

Does this mean he is under pressure to start at 6. He is clearly not playing/performing well at 6. If Berine does well at 6 today and POM is poor at 7 where does that leave Angry Face?

Could he be dropped from the starting team?

The feeling of elation you get when your TV recording box finds old programs you did not see first second or maybe third time around.

In my case a couple of unseen - by me - NCIS programs.

Re: Ireland u20 2018-2019

What's the deal with the big bench? Is it cos the games are so close together? World Rugby have introduced a change to how replacements can be used for this year’s U-20 Championship, with the remaining squad members outside of the starting XV all allowed to be named on the bench. I hope this does n...

This is something to leave alone please and I wish the media would too and it doesn't just apply to this specific incident or sport. A: We don't know what happened. B: We don't know the circumstances. C: Don't trust anything written on social media (or in large sections of the media for that matter...

Re: Friday's Rave

Talking to a guy closely involved with a candidate a number of years ago and he said they hated posters. He said they are a waste of money time and resources. He said there were reports done for the parties that they did not help candidates/party's at all on a cost basis. He felt that the 'we have d...

Re: Friday's Rave

Well done to the green party for not using election posters. Although the local whisperers think this means they have no candidates. They did use posters. Personally saw some around Dun Laoghaire. Other half says some are up in City Center. The candidate on Sundays debate said she thought about it ...

Surely ticket exchange is finished as our season tickets have finished.

Our attack was reminiscent of the MOC era.

Left right left right left right. No penetration. No plan B.

Where were grubber kicks chips over the top? Just anything different.

Re: The Province Formerly Known As Munster 2018-19

Poor attendance is because of Riverfest and The Great Limerick Run says Donnacha O'Callaghan.

Well the run does not start for 17 hours. It starts at 9am on Sunday but affects the attendance on Saturday.

At least it's a new excuse.

Re: The Province Formerly Known As Munster 2018-19

Some amount of empty seats!! Did Munster fans give up attending matches for Lent? Too early for communions so must be Lent. There are almost double the amount of Munster fans there than there are Sarries fans seemingly, so I think it's more of a Sarries issue. For years I have read/heard how great ...

Re: Leinster v Glasgow Sat 15.00 Eir

I travel down from Meath to get to matches - had no idea that I couldn't get a dart from Connolly southward. I walked over to Tara which was closed, and was about to walk on to Pearse St Station when I overheard others reading the notices say that Pearse was closed too. I have no idea what bus goes...
