Re: Leinster v Salarysins

James Ryan has dislocated his shoulder in training. Massive blow for us. Is this confirmed? He was out riding a horse at the weekend. Would hardly be doing that if he had dislocated his shoulder. Or maybe he would. Never rode a horse in my life! How'd ye know about the horse riding em? My brother t...

Re: Sean O'Brien autobiography: Fuel

Who’s the ghostwriter? Might be an indication as to how open Sean intends to be.

Rob Kearney is doing his book with David Walsh. Think it’s due out around the same time.

Re: Thank you Isa

Interesting comments from Isa recently. Says he keeps an eye out for players in his neck of the woods to recommend to Leinster but it’s not a formal thing. Also talks about getting involved in coaching and maybe coaching Leinster one day. Says he could return to Dublin at some stage. I’d post the li...

Re: Leinster v Salarysins

I think it is very unlikely that this game goes ahead on April 4.

Restrictions will almost certainly be in place by the end of this month.

Re: Leinster v Salarysins

Cian Healy came off with a hip issue today. Hopefully nothing too serious. With Ed Byrne currently injured we could be a little light at Loosehead Prop. Peter Dooley got MOTM last Friday and is having a very good season. Sorted (I hope...). Fully agree regarding Dooley. He has really stepped up thi...

Re: Leinster vs Cheetahs 15/2/20 14.30

The first half was very good but the 2nd? Salanoa seem to make a difference in the scrum. Sloppy game but what would you expect out there today. Fair play to both teams. He did very well when he came on. Very powerful athlete. I hope he stays at Leinster next season. Speaking of which, anybody got ...

Re: A whiff of Cordite

Can someone post article plz. Wouldn't be so sure on penny tbh Connacht fans seem convinced that Connors or Penny will be arriving to replace Colby Fainga'a. I could be wrong but my take on Penny is that he wouldn't consider leaving for more game time (if he still isn't getting enough game time) ti...

Can't see Scott Penny leaving Leinster anytime soon.

I'd say if any of the backrows go then Connors and Deegan are most at risk.

Just waiting for this thread to be updated sometime soon with news of the annual Leinster pillage.

Frawley, Deegan, Connors and Penny are the most likely to be targeted by other provinces.

Re: 6 Nations 2020

I really like Andy Farrell and hope he is a huge success but not picking Rhys Ruddock is a shocking decision. The team for Scotland will give another indicator of Farrell's thinking but if Stander and POM both make the starting 15 then the Andy Farrell era doesn't bode well. Picking one of Stander a...

Re: Leinster Squad 19-20

Ruaidhri O'Connor was on The Left Wing podcast this week and said that the 7's, 8's and 10's at Leinster are under pressure to move provinces. Suppose that means Frawley/H Byrne, Doris/Deegan and Connors/Penny are the players being targeted by other provinces. I fear this will become an annual occur...
