But for Nigel a controversy is a classic.
He has let NZ off the hook against us twice.

Re: RWC 2019
Just watched part of the highlights of the Ab's v Namibia (RTE) - its amazing how many times NZ are off side, coming in from the side, obstructing, crossing and so on - all stuff that there is no need for, they are pretty good at rugby anyways. Please God, some day some ref MIGHT actually blow them ...

Re: Ireland Pool 2019 RWC
There's a real bang of '07 about this tournament Was expecting this comment! While far from great it's not exactly scraping a 14-10 win against a second string Georgia or shipping 17 points vs Namibia. It's nowhere near 2007. Nah, real whiff of the '07s alright. We look out of ideas, options and ti...

"Healy, Best, Furlong, Henderson, Ryan, POM, VDF, Stander/Conan, Murray, Sexton, Stockdale, Henshaw/Aki, Ringrose, Earls, RK." Pretty much set in stone alright - that's the problem of late though, very predictable plays that almost everybody has the measure of, and some players either figh...

Bit of a shameful incident all round. Bad for the image & brand of LR.
Lots of other teams had big binges recently, yet we are the ones in the headlines for all the wrong reasons. Lessons to be learned and all that...

Re: The Province Formerly Known As Munster 2018-19
I hope Munster take this chance and put in a CEO with serious business acumen. The amateur guys are retiring now so now is the time for new blood to come in from outside and not another blazer from within. His record is pretty good compared to most other professional clubs though. In 4 Hcup finals ...

Re: Pro14 Final Glasgow v Leinster 18.30 Sat 25th May
I taught that was a great match up. Glasgow really threw the kitchen sink at us in the first 1/4, but we handled it well. Power rugby after that, a fair ref and we would have strangled the game.
Nigel has had his day, at least he did not effect the outcome but it was not for the want of trying.

Its contractual - so as to allow Donal Lenihan say "Joey has really bought into Munster"
I'm not sure how "buying into munster" effects a professionals game - but the fans love when Donal says it.

hopeful but not expectant, might be still the hangover over the sarries loss but I think we aren't playing very well or creatively and if Glasgow match us up front we may struggle. I think they may match us up front, and in many other spots. I do think we have a bit more, be it resolve or experienc...

Re: Home Pro 14 Semi-Final, Sat 18/5 @ The RDS, 14.30
That is a harsh review of Munsters position. They got to the semi finals of both competitions they were in, beaten by this years, and last years European champions - two of the best teams around in a long time. They bettered Racing92 and equaled Toulouse, in what they achieved in Europe. In regards ...

NIgel to decide the winner of the game
Leinster and Glasgow can count themselves lucky to turn up and watch Nigel ref another final.
