Re: 6 Nations 2020
Doris looks certain to start. Quite an achievement for a 21 YO. Is he younger than James Ryan when he made his 6N debut?

€58.50 plus €6.60 ticketbastard charge for south premium. Slightly cheaper than last year QF against Ulster I think. Perhaps the branch are listening. We want the stadium packed to the rafters.

EPRC Knock out ticket prices
I started this thread in 2018 when I wrote to the brach to complain about the huge price differential between EPRC-organised knock out matches in Dublin versus the UK and France. I calculated we were getting creamed for an extra 40% more than the UK & France prices not includidng the ticketmaste...

yr.no is a reliable weather app I think. They are predicting 12mm throughout the afternoon in Treviso unfortunately. That is officially "Heavy Rain". Better on Sunday.

Re: Pubs to watch the games..
Anyone know the Irish bars in Corralejo, Fuertaventura? There are lots of them but no doubt they will all be showing soccer at 6pm this evening. Has anyone any tips on where to watch the Leinster match.

Re: Broadband and Sports packages.
I finally got round to switching from Eir to Vodafone to get H Cup rugby back. The Vodafone TV package includes Eir Sports 1 and Premier Sports apparently so I will get all the Pro 14 between these 2. I hope I wont regret it. Hopefully their broadband and back up service etc. is ok. Any good/bad ex...

I have bought in the same section but Row L. Still lots of great seats for €25. Fans must be shocked when they come to the RDS and pay €60 to be dumped at the back of the Anglesea behind the deadball line.footrush wrote:In Settore Verde A Row D tickets on sale on the Benetton site.

Re: Broadband and Sports packages.
Vodafone is not a bad shout. 40 bucks a month is steep though if all you want is 6 to 9 Leinster games a year in the champs cup. Don't forget the pro14 is geoblocked on premier sports for at least 2 seasons. I don't know what their tele product is like either. It seems that nothing can touch sky th...

Re: Broadband and Sports packages.
With the HC on the horizon, I need to get BT Sport without losing Eir Sport. I dont need Sky Sports. Is the best the vodafone TV & broadband package @ €65 pm plus an extra €35 for BT & Premier Sport? €100 pm is a bit of a jump a I am currently on about €60 or €70 pm with EIR which last year ...

Worth watching Toner's actions for the second try. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HF5sDQ64cKw Absolutely hammered the maul twice and the second one drove us over. Brilliant body placement too. Also look at Furlong, what a feckin brute! They all worked bloddy hard for that 2nd try off the maul. Eve...

Re: Semi Final ticket prices
It looks like EPRC have actually reduced the prices if I am not mistaken.
I didnt save a full list of prices from last years semi but I am pretty sure the premium level was €90 and Category 1 was €80 plus booking fee. €10 cheaper this year I think.

Re: Semi Final ticket prices
The 4000-5000 empty seats were likely people at the bar at any given time, which seems to be the new norm at the Aviva. I would say that in general, the cost of putting on a match in Dublin, stadium rent, policing etc, would be more expensive than it would be in France, so it likely would have some...

Re: Semi Final ticket prices
[ Nowhere near a million to rent the stadium - isn't it normally about 15% of the gate? Just saw an article by Gerry Thornley stating it's €300k for renting the stadium. Attendance for last year's semi is listed as 48,455. There were loads of complaints last year so they may review it this time to ...
