I share Cahill's concerns. The language from Leinster has been deliberately vague. I.e. not just vague.

Another thing, from that design, is the game-changer of having no roof/cover right down at the front where the proposed terrace might be. That would surely affect ST sales.

The thinking being that in order to make the final into a really big deal it needs to be at a predetermined venue. It's easier to promote the final as an event if you take this approach rather than having the usual two week timeframe to sell out the fixture. The flip-side of that is the competition...
