If we get Cullen back aswell I think we should get rid of Melon and Byrnes That would reduce our overseas forward backlog and give us a better case to sign an overseas player where we really need them. The front row. There seems to be a rake of Argie props hanging around in average French teams. Su...

Jesus, some tool just said its Leinster fan's fault. Apparently all the absue has its origins in Donnybrook. Missed that, what was said? Apparently eons ago a few Rock lads abused him from the touchline in Donnybrook. Ergo it's Leinster who started the whole thing. The guy who phoned in to tell the...

I believe it's older than Ravenhill 3 years ago? I certainly remember it chanted in that 12-9 cracker against Montferrand in Donnybrook, I was with a group of people that took the chant up. That must be 4-5 years ago, anyone? Certainly well before the organised colour we have now. Anyway when it st...

The French players will not be playing quite as many fixtures next year as they think. They'll have a nice month-long break in October when Ireland and Argentina are the two teams to qualify for the World Cup QF from their group. :D

There's no need to panic just yet. Blanco et al were making almost the exact same threats a year ago as well, see here and here for instance; and on the other hand, just last week the FFR president assured us the H Cup was safe. A lot of it is just posturing and trying to pressure the Celtic nations...

There's a few close selection choices there; not a bad predicament to be in though.

Blaney or Vermass on the bench.

One starter and one sub from Girve, Luke and Super Rob.

Warner or Lewis on the bench.

The Semi Final draw is on Tuesday 23 January. If the Leinster Branch have any sense at all, they will have made inquiries about the availability of numerous grounds; just because Murrayfield are inclined to go public with the fact that there have been inquiries doesn't make it any more likely a venu...

Maybe not, but I'm pretty sure it wasn't about Privinces.
The standards on this site are declining alarmingly; I've been waiting all day for one of the pedants to catch that! :)

If it's in Donnybrook, I won't be going. It's too small and dangerous. I couldn't be arsed putting up with the shite I had last weekend. Dangerous? Come on. OK, maybe I'm beig a wee bit over dramatic. But I wouldn't exactly call it safe. The main reason I was pissed of is becasue I didn't get to se...

Everyone seems to be overlooking the most important reason to play a QF in Ravenhill ... they have Harp. :)

Yeah i loved the flags, way better than the small blue/yellow ones, they really add to the atmosphere i think. Now people have them its up to us to bring them to all the games, cant be expecting the branch to hand out free flags for every game. What might be a good idea would be some sort of flag-r...

They may send the little stadium, cradled by upmarket bars and restaurants, into routine, cackling rapture. Are do the media in Ireland universally cum in the their pants when talking about Dublin 4? Upmarket bars and restuarants - oh yeah, Longs, McCloskeys, Madigans, Eddie Rockets and Borza's. Ho...

I'd question its safety. Funny, before the game there were actually stewards that kept the walk way free - they disappeared just before kick off. Then we were basically blocked in......strange. I got there just after 4, given my small stature, I wanted to be sure I could actually see the game this ...

It was BOD's cr@p haircut which lost us the match in Edinburgh, so it's probably better that he not play.
