Re: Leinster v Sharks Sat 8th Oct 17.05pm RTE/Premier Sports
That was some match. Leinster were under serious pressure in the first half and in the second just found another gear. Impressive, if by no means perfect.

HT: 21-20. Bit close for comfort. We'll have worked hard for this one, if we manage to win it. The Sharks are bloody good. We need to support the ball carrier post-contact better and stop giving away penos!

Re: Grahamunster - Graham Rowntree's Munster 2022/2023
On a side note, I would worry for Connacht also. They were just slightly less poor than Munster, but the players celebrated that victory as if they had just won the HC. I think they were happy to beat Munster, as they are when they beat any of the provinces, but it was also their first game at home...

Re: Connacht 2022/23
Two things stood out for me about that Connacht performance vs Munster: 1. They've somehow managed to get their line out together. For years it was their Achilles Heel, but last night it was a continuous source of good ball. They even managed to steal at least one of Munster's throw ins. Wow! 2. On ...

It's hard to know what to believe about Munster at the moment but I read this this morning about some of their off-field issues. Interesting stuff https://extra.ie/2022/10/07/sport/rugby/limerick-bias-stifling-munster Understandably the gang at Munster Fans Forum - Red Army are spitting feathers ab...

Re: Grahamunster - Graham Rowntree's Munster 2022/2023
Yeah was thinking that too. Interesting how there's never any media conversation on JC's move south being a failure. The Indo and the Rugby Paper thinks his move to FB is very exciting. TBF they're not a million miles away. I saw that and yes they have a point. The thing is, this was a valid point ...

Re: Emerging Ireland to tour SA
Above and beyond all considerations re the relevance of this tour to Ireland's prospects at RWC23, I think it further enhances IRFU-SARU collaboration. One can hear in the URC commentary in general and for this tour in particular how much the Saffers respect the provinces and the Irish rugby setup....

Anyone know why the Pumas "are not in the running for the prize money that has been allocated for each game"? Or was it explained in the article and I managed to missed it?

100% Curate's! The JR we saw in NZ was back to his 2018 form, particularly in the third Test. So he dropped a slippy ball on a rainsoaked night in Ravers within seconds of coming off the bench in his first run out of the season. Big deal in Dodge.

Re: Lancaster set to leave
'When you get a Stuart Lancaster, you get a Klopp, a Guardiola, the best coach in world rugby' Leinster made an inspired choice when they appointed Stuart Lancaster in 2016 – they now face an even harder task to find his replacement. by Garry Doyle https://www.the42.ie/stuart-lancaster-leinster-6-58...
