I know a consultant surgeon who just recently retired from the NHS in Belfast. His opinion is that all the difficulties stem from funding and the lack thereof not from management NHS spending per capita in the UK has gone up over 40% since 2013, which is way above population growth and their health...

Latest Molecast (very interesting) seems to suggest that, if we beat Leicester, our quarter final wouldn’t be in Lansdowne Road. They say it, but it might be a mistake. Is that true?
