Re: Leinster v Sale Sharks RDS Sat 16th 5.30 RTE
But it's their own salary cap, it's not a global or European one. They decided to implement it themselves. They are preventing themselves from spending more on salaries. Why does nobody point this out to them in interviews? It's like me going out for the game on Saturday, deciding I'm only going to ...

No. There weren't 1000s of them, just enough for people to notice it.Logorrhea wrote:By the sounds of it their were Munster fans all over LaRochelle. 1000's of em.

Re: A whiff of Cordite
One Munster fan in La Rochelle suggested Leinster’s win was a little like one of those by the men in red over the years. It was meant as a compliment, and maybe Sunday’s win will further convince that Leinster can win ugly as well as beautiful. But that’s bull really and insulting to the teams of t...

Re: La Rochelle v Leinster Sunday 3.15 TNT Sports
I remember that game in the Sportsground, some of the Connacht fans were apoplectic when Felipe's kick was awarded. Another close contender was when we beat Munster in Musgrave 15-16. I remember walking into the Sunday's Well clubhouse like a drowned rat and getting some filthy daggers from the bra...

I'm starting to think we're picking a 6:2 bench because we don't have 3 backs to select.

It really is difficult to understand why Frawley is not getting an opportunity to build on his performance last weekend. I don't get it. It makes no sense and to be honest this kinda scattered selection is starting to piss me off. I was about to post something similar myself, I don't get why we kee...

Re: Leinster v Connacht - 2nd Dec 2023, 7:35pm, RTE Sports, Premier Sports
La Rochelle is only a group game. I know there's more invested in that in terms of how much we want to beat them, but it's only a group game that doesn't actually do much for our season either way. They all matter. That one in particular. I agree 100%, we should go to Galway with a very strong team...

I find it funny that the Ringrose point has only been brought up now. Missing proper tackles has cost us twice on the big stage. He needs to sort it out and I think it needs to be sorted with technique on the training pitch. Even as a shooter he leaves himself on the floor when he misses a tackle w...

I'd a message earlier from a Munster guy asking me was I all set for the visit of the URC Champions, they're a gas bunch really.

Not sure why she picked one of her biggest men’s games to have a mare but she has been really poor. I thought she was good. Much better ref than most in the URC tbh. Up there with the Georgian ref. Sent from my LE2123 using Tapatalk I don’t think at she was good on the scrums. She contributed to th...

Just a quick note. Ben Murphy was involved in the pre-game warm up so not injured. I saw he spent a lot of time at the South Stand end doing a warm-down with one of the physios, anyone know who the other player with him was? Rory McGuire, Rhys Ruddock and Rob Russell were also involved in the warm-...

It's funny that the soccer team now face an even more clear-cut dilemma whereby losing to NL actually enhances their chances of getting a play off But Ireland and the Netherlands would never conspire to produce a mutually beneficial result. Anyone who says otherwise is a liar.... Sorry, but I didn'...

I really don't know how I'm going to make it to Saturday evening. Saw Doctors have moved their gig on Saturday to 10pm. Can you imagine the craic if we win and the desolation if we don't? We have tickets in section N17 for the game, I was actually thinking of the Saw Doctors when I saw that. Didn't...

It'd be a disgrace (on behalf of World Rugby) if it was due to that rule that he's not travelling.
