Re: Leinster V Toulouse
I was in the upper tier on Saturday and nobody around me was singing. I did my best but it was very very quiet up there. Wonder did that have much to do with the lack of alcohol? Perhaps, they were too busy shouting/cheering. The only times those around me got excited at all were in the first half ...

Re: RTE and Leinster
Hook's role is to be contraversal regardless whether he is right or not.I often wonder if George has been watching the same game i have. Brent is the voice of reason to George's nonsense. Conor O'Shea is the only pundit whom is balanced. The format has gone a bit stale. It is about time the whole s...

I was in Block: 517 and everyone there roared themselves hoarse, where were you sitting? Think it was 515, It was pretty...

Re: Wishing Ulster all the best on sunday .
The players rave about Muller but I can't see the fuss myself and the same goes for Wannenberg. I thought Wannenberg would be a great signing but he's been disappointing imo.

Re: RTE and Leinster
I genuinely don't think that Hook or McGuirk could name the 23 man squads that Munster and Leinster had over the weekend and would be shocked if they were able to name 20 players from either Connacht or Ulster.

Re: Leinster V Leicester...the post mortem
Darce and O'Driscoll went down a lot during the game and there were a good few times when they both looked finished (Darce made at least 3 tackles in one passage of play despite staying down and looking in agony after every single one) so I wasn't surprised that Luke was left on in case McFadden was...

Re: RTE and Leinster
You've got to learn to either tune out when Hook speaks or just laugh at the parody he has become. Had to stop myself reading S Jones in the Sunday Times yesterday, pure nonsense, got as far as his comment about Isa not being graceful .........so I just lit a fire and burnt the paper. I couldn't be...

I don't care at all (anymore) what Hook and McGurk think about Leinster. They've been wrong so often its a joke at this stage. What I do care about its that these two incompetent know-nothings are the public face of our sport. These two hopeless duffers are the introduction that the majority of new...

Re: Munster Thread 2010/2011
Munster back three looked very threatening, excellent performances from Jones, Earls and Howlett. Munster are looking increasingly threadbare at centre though, now that it seems McGahan has decided Earls is a winger, not an outside centre. Warwick is off at the end of the season to Stade, Tuitupou ...

Re: Ulster 2010/11
Really don't understand why Ulster have gone with Henry over Faloon. Tbh I think Faloon is overrated but Ulster always seem to play better when they have him as an out and out 7.

Re: Munster V Leinster
I thought Ward was alright actually. Dara O'Brien is the guy I hate. He was actually giddy after the game on Saturday. To be honest I don't really mind people showing bias as long as it doesn't cross over into disdain for the other team but that's where I think he falls down majorly. He seems to hav...

I don't care about the rest of the argument you boys are having but that's completely wrong. Miller was an incredible player. Unfortunately injuries held him back somewhat but he was still absolutely brilliant. He had the lot.downsouthdukin wrote: well i could add millar to that list too.. all hype and no substance.

Re: TEAM V LEICESTER
Having Kev to cover second row might be a good shout actually. I'm a fan of Toner and do think he's up to it but (as I keep saying again and again) he only ever looks good after a run of games. He hasn't had that recently so the physicality of Leicester could pose him huge problems. Against that, t...

Re: Fionn Carr
I think Phillips had two years left. I see no reason why Bowe could't argue to be released if the others were. This might be moot because he might still be perfectly happy there but I can't imagine that's the case. Regardless of whether it can happen or not I see no reason to be negative about Munst...
