Re: Leinster v Montpellier, Saturday, 1pm, RDS

On McGrath, his speed to the ruck and decision making were both excellent. Box kicks ponderous. But the speed he was getting there and flinging the ball away has to impact the quality of pass (I know peter stringer and countless other examples to contradict me, just thought he was fighting so hard t...

Re: 2017 -2018 Champions Cup Seeding

I dont know why I'm getting it in the neck on here, I thought our aim was to be the best club in Europe? Re: Munster 2017 -2018

Re: Munster 2017 -2018

It's really quite simple the guy was young and made a stupid decision but he has paid the price demanded by the powers that be, so let's not keep going on about it forever. I have already said that as someone involved heavily in Munster youths rugby I am not overly happy about the number of imports...

Re: The looking forward to the Lions Tour thread

Plumtree said that Dane Coles might not make the tests. He's had concussion since March. Retallick also out this week because he's still suffering from headaches. It really is worrying how prevalent this is now. I'd love to see them play because they're so good to watch but mainly I just hope they'...

Re: The looking forward to the Lions Tour thread

So Mako Vunipola, Jamie George, Tadhg Furlong, George Kruis, O’Mahony, Sean O’Brien, Conor Murray, Owen Farrell, Jonathan Davies, Liam Williams and George North will all start vs the Crusaders. 9 of that looks like the test team. O'Mahony & O'Brien probably not. Were only starting 11? No, he sa...

Re: Tour to Japan

they are in ireland at the moment Thanks, I saw an update of Facebook talking about them getting immersed in the culture in Japan. There was a reception in the Japanese embassy for them where they met the ambassador, got a gift card for Yamamouri, and a Cowboy Bebop box set two of these things may ...

Re: Ireland v. England

Six two bench split with no Jackson and presumably Ringrose covering wing? Stay with Jackson on bench. Carbery to cover back three or open to other alternatives. Carberry looks like he can cover any back position and be a real threat as well. And he knows the systems. Get ya Need some 7 cover for P...

Re: Best Place in New York to watch the 6 Nations

The charge at the door goes to setanta. The pubs have to agree to it to get the broadcast.
We've to pay the same for the online access.

When BBC America showed games for a couple of years any pub could get the games with no cover charge.

Can we stop with the 'poor lad hasn't adapted to another country' bullshit. We're a land of emigrants. Wherever we go there's a pub with our name on it.
