Yeah, I've been checking that site regularly. It always seems to happen that whenever anything becomes available, I'm nowhere near a PC... typical, hahaha!

True :(

Worst case scenario, the friendly people at the hotel said to give them a ring if I have a problem and they'd help out.

For anyone interested in Zimbabwean poilitics from an Irish perspective, my brother will be interviewed on RTE (radio) 1 around 3 o'clock (he spent 6 years teaching there from 87-93 and has been there countless times since).

The last train to Bath is at 21.58. It's the same to just about every other nearby place.

I booked this place just now: http://www.penrhadwfarm.co.uk. It's the closest I could find, and they estimated about 25pounds for a taxi from Cardiff.

Regarding traffic congestion, etc., would it not make more sense to provide the affected areas in this case with decent public transport?

They could pick somewhere else to camp. Besides, if the system here is failing them so badly, would it be out of order to consider that they might be better off in their own country (correct me if the family in question were in fact born and bred here, but I don't think this is the case). Why settle...

Weather in the Canyon should be good right now. I was there in August a few years ago. It rained a little , but nothing to worry about - it was so hot that once the rain stopped it dried in no time. If possible, go to the Canyon independently. Unless you're hiring a car it's not too easy to get to, ...

There is only one spot in Ireland with the importance of Tara. Every other site is insignificant in comparison.

Sometimes I think that the protestors go to far - but this time I don't. Tara and the surrounding area is far too precious to lose imho. The protesters go too far and don't worry Eve nothing worth keeping will ever be destroyed. If I ever happen to meet that numskull Vincent Salafia, I would have n...
