Re: Book thread
For anyone who reads real paper books I have "borrowed" something similar from the other half. She got it for knitting but it is great for reading. Gritin Neck Reading Light Rechargeable, Book Light Lamp for Reading in Bed, 3 Colors Eye-Protecting Modes, USB C Rechargeable, 80+ Hrs Runtime...

Re: RWC 2023: The Other Teams
I'm obviously in a small minority who think that Kleyn should be f%~ked out of Munster straight away. He was contracted (to the IRFU) on the basis that he could become IQ. He did and he is not anymore. Therefore his value to the IRFU is considerably less. In addition, we will have the likely scenar...

Re: Aviva Premiership: something exciting happens
So, if London Irish get kicked out of the premiership, which is looking likely now...can the new consortium of USA backers + IRFU bring them into the URC? If they can sort out the debt, joining the URC looks far more attractive than doing a salarycens in the championship. From the BBC story I linke...

Re: where did you play?
Played at Number 8 once for my College and due to injuries once for Wicklow Under 18s.
Not sure that makes me a seasoned Back Row.
Started at 16 on the wing and ended up training more than I played at Hooker.
In fairness my College was Colaiste Ide in Finglas and we were the first ever team.

Joey off to Racing Metro or so I am told I heard last week that he packed up his house in Limerick and moved home. Also heard that he was in talks with a couple of French clubs. Him being left out of squads makes sense if true. Sad to see a player give up on their international career so soon. How ...
