Re: Autumn International & 6N Prices

Munster and Clermont will sell out Lansdown rd (Or very close) no sweat. There is always the perceived advantage of playing in the RDS though. The Munster game is for 5 in a row don't forget. Lansdowne would be a neutral venue for Leinster at best. The Clermont game will be crucial in our HC plans. ...

Re: Friday's rant

Anyway John Hume is British. Really? Since when?? OK, UKish - but they like to call themselves British: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Nobel_laureates_by_country I don't think John Hume could be included among any of the "thems" that consider themselves British. He is not English, S...

Re: Magners dates with TV Broadcaster

Yer still not getting this "Host Broadcaster" thing. I am willing to lay odds that all Leinster and Munster away matches (That have cameras at them. So with the possible exception of Italian games) will be on RTE. Where they clash, one will be probably deferred coverage. I do not think thi...

Re: Magners dates with TV Broadcaster

Don't be panicken ladz. The list above only tells you who the HOST broadcaster is. This does NOT mean that they will be tho only ones showing the game. I am sure you are used to Setanta showing games with host broadcasters from all over the planet. ALL games with Munster and Leinster in them (Home a...

Re: Mariano Galarza signs

I see the logic. Leo out till Chrimbly, possibly. Hines with the jocks in November. Mal Gone. Sheriff, a bit young yet. Hogan, under rated but Magners standard only. Possible injuries on top of that. Is he better than Ed O'D? Is he better than Toner? Fcuk knows! Reckon we need him in the short term ...

Re: Magners TV Next Season?

The original point was being made to people renewing STs. I am totally paraphrasing to make the point. "There are two extra home games next year, (Italian clubs Treviso and Arioni), but you are only being charged an extra 20 bills on your ST. (i.e for 1 of them)" The original wording was s...

Is it just me, or does anyone else think Pierre Spies has turned into SAs answer to Andy Powell?

Re: Squad for 2010/2011

So have Embra. Hope our one can cover 8 too. Even if Leo is out, we still have buckets of locks. No specialist cover for Jamie though. Stephen Keogh is primarily an 8. He reckons he prefers 6. When he was a member of our first team (06/07) it was as a 6. He has been used more at 8 since he became b...
