Quins v Leinster December

Post by Trueblue78 »

I see that tickets are available on the Quins website now for the game at the stoop on December 5/6/7 (TBA). I expect this will be the best bet for non-season ticket holders to get tickets and was wondering if any of the blue army had bought tickets what part of the ground you're going to be in so we can try and form a pocket of blue.

OLSC normally recommends an area out of the batch that the away team give Leinster Rugby. If you want to be in with that lot you'll have to wait a bit...

For some reason I think I heard it'll be quite late, as in announced close to the date. Maybe they want to see how results go in the 1st few rounds and decide on the scheduling of the plum games then.

Or just their inability to run a competition? I think I'm relatively free over the weekend so could do any day - plenty of others won't have the luxury.

This new organisation running the European Cup really are drawing out the process of confirming the 3rd and 4th round fixtures.
I'm really hoping for a Saturday evening kickoff for this game and have provisionally booked a room for the 6TH december in Twickenham.
Will the OLSC be running a bus from one of the Airports, or seeing as it is London and there is so much public transport, will people just make their own way to the game?

They normally only run buses where public transport isn't easily available, subject to demand.

Guess when the fixture date comes out there will be more info.
