to be honest, i think that we'll need the game, but according to Cheika
It's highly unlikely that we'll be in a position to arrange a fixture. It's hard, but we'll have to look at all our different options in incorporating our players who will be on 'A' and full international duty.

Would you not be afraid of some the fringe players pushing hard for places and maybe causing an injury to someone

They tries to get a match with Harlequins, but no joy. We definelty need a match before Toulouse...and we need Freddie to maintain his shoddy form for France :D ....Felipe will give him a lesson in out-half play :D

Would love to see us play London Irish in the RDS, that game could be a sell out!

Why not munster? We will need a game, they will need a game.

Only danger is that they might kill each other on the pitch... maybe it's not such a bright idea...

I presume we've looked into the idea of swapping our bye week with another team who hasn't had theirs yet either. CL Rugby probably not too happy bout that approach, but there must be a team who'd like to get the week off when the 6N finishes for example.

Good idea, playing 16 year old boys is ideal preparation for the European champions.

FB, wouldn't play Turnipstan for the reason you describe - they'd knock 40 shades of shoite out of each other......the Turnipstan pack might even show up this time...

Haven't you got some other place to take your trolling? And if you are going to do it here, can you at least dial up the originality a bit?

I know the lads need a game. . .

. .. but surely it should be together for FFS!

Look at this. . .seems Contepomi will get a run around on Paddies Day.

STUCK for something to do on St Patrick's Day before England play Ireland in a potential championship decider?
Leicester Tigers will be taking on a star-studded Barbarians side at Welford Road in the annual challenge match on Friday, March 17 (7.45),
with many leading international players already confirmed.
The game will feature the return of Leinster and Ireland back-row star Eric Miller against his former club and the Baa-baas' line-up for the historic
fixture will also include Felipe Contepomi (Leinster and Argentina), Justin Marshall (Leeds and New Zealand) and Justin Harrison (Ulster and Australia).
Many more top names will be revealed soon and supporters can expect the game to hit the same heights as last year's spectacular when scrum-half
Scott Bemand skippered Tigers to an exciting 42-19 win, with Leicester head coach Pat Howard capping a breathtaking exhibition of running rugby with
a super individual try.
