Think the problems was with the mobile option. It initially worked for me, giving me a bar code to scan.

However when my mates were looking for the same thing, it kept freezing on them, as it was dependent on being connected to the system. I tried to get mine again and sure enough this time it wasn't displaying.

I logged in and printed it to a pdf which I can now scan tomorrow from my phone. But I wouldn't take a chance on on the mobile option better to either print off a hard copy or a pdf on your phone.

Far from idiot proof when you have a scanning system which is depending on connectivity for mobile.

What was wrong with just marking the cards anyway? Needless bullshit hassle

Why not just scan the cards then? In fact, didn't they do that last year?

Scanning means no one gets 2 packs. And they can tell you when you picked it up. And they know who has picked theirs up. And and fucken and.

I dunno, I have a pack-wallah who looks after these things for me, I've only ever been the giver, not the taker.

I card, 1 pack if you just scan the card itself. I predict a fair degree of chaos at the pre-match pick-up tomorrow.

Don't have a smart phone got into my account have the seats up says no actions available to print them out ?. Help please ?. Finally realised I was being directed through the mobile site. Went through the normal site and got them up but didnt have access to a printer so took a screen grab anyone one know if this is acceptable if I present it on an ipad ?.

You might need to check a box beside your ticket (bottom LHS I think) before the options magically appear.

Print at home worked just fine, plus the print option make sit much easier to get someone else to collect it for you (or give it to someone else)

Marking the cards was easily hacked as its just a bit of marker on plastic

TM site doesn't work at all for me on Chrome (JavaScript errors!).

In Firefox, I can get to my pack ticket, but I can't see any option to print. The "ticket detail" section shows my seat, but the checkbox is disabled, and it says " Not Available for Action ". Is there a cutoff time that I've missed, I wonder?!

I Think I had that problem to Meinster but I got past it (just can't remember how) - maybe I selected a menu option first and then I could check the box. TM sites are very poor really for this niggley stuff.

Total farce tonight. Got there 25 minutes before kick-off to be told they had closed it off and to come back after the game. It was meant to be ten minutes before KO.

Of course the queue after the game was massive and incredibly badly stewarded too with loads of people jumping the queue.

Plus why were they giving them out in plain white boxes that were just dumped all over the place?

Will hopefully get it at the next game.

Printed voucher as PDF and saved it to my phone. Scanned three times and it failed three times. Guy doing the scanning gave up and handed me my pack anyway. Farcical really.

I can honestly say you're not missing much if you didn't collect your pack.
