Ross doing a good job, but there is pressure coming on him there. I wouldn't be rushing to take him off today on the usual 60-20 sub, unless he is completely out on his feet.

Possibly one of the worst pitches I've seen at the top level.

What's Reddan doing on our bench? He's retired isn't he? Where's JGP?

Not sure what that's about. Coaching role? Did analysis sessions a lot when he was playing anyway.

Well, Cian Healy's hands haven't got any better. Costly mistake.

Cian Healy *sigh*

Just grows and grows into his role as complete and utter liability.

Rob K and Cian Healy are living on past glories.

Rob K is nearly as bad a defender as O'Gara. He is a nice fella im sure but he offers nothing going forward and nothing in defense. Why have him in the team?

That was a defensive system failure. Kearney has to run 20m sideways to try and make that tackle.

I have criticised Rob's tackling in the past but it's hard to blame him for that, Nadolo is 130 kg and fast, almost unstoppable from that distance one-on-one.

Montpellier are badly offside almost every ruck and Pearce is doing nothing. Resulting in a lot of knock-ons from us.

Rubbish pitch really suits them. SOB looks like someone who's been away a long time, and it seems JS can't kick properly with the hammer. RK didn't go anywhere near 20m to make that tackle - lined him up and fell off.

Huge improvement needed, to state the bleeding obvious

Ball in hand a waste of time so far. Hopefully they tire. Hard to see where the scores are going to come from at the minute.

Being a leftie Rob led with his left shoulder when it was a textbook right shoulder tackle (not easy though)

McGrath going well
Kirchner has swallowed a back row forward
Scrum solid with Toner at TH
MK having a shocker

Think its harsh to blame Healy, he made a good pick ans go and got a heavy tackle, blame lies with Heaslip for shooting up and isolating Mike Ross v a back

Maybe pitch is deliberate to suit their pack....

AFAIK theyre the only team using that ground so no excuse for it

With the defense condensed near the ball so much there is initially an overlap which the players react to, but that means our outside man is miles away from the man they need to mark. Clear failure of the system.

I wouldn't be too hard on RK. Nandolo has been doing that to much better defenders for years. The pitch makes the game almost impossible to watch though.

SOB has had 2 turnovers and he's been clearing out lots of rucks.. He hasn't had much chance to attack but he's playing well for me.
