I wouldn't even say that our skills are much better now than any other Leinster side in modern memory but we just seem to be incredibly ruthless. It's a phenomenal rate of try scoring and the Players are really enjoying every second of it. Fantastic to see.

BTW, That stat Hugo
The sport that unites Catholic, Protestant and dissenter has had its day of days. Pity anybody who can't enjoy it. Some day.

Will Mike Ross's 20 yard dash make it to the 2min highlights?

Oh how I would have loved to have watched a dodgy live stream of that match.

Leinster's tweets made out that it was a great performance. Unfortunately the highlights package the Pro12 do are pretty cr@p so we'll probably only see the tries, and not even the whole build up to them.
As an aside, the AFL have a really good youtube channel, would be great if Pro12 could do similar. I think the NRL do too. Must be an Aussie thing.

It would take up the full two minutes.

Great win but think what we are seeing now is Newport are like a 3rd Italian team. Fecking useless. Good result for Leinster though. Credit where its due.
Also dare I ask. The debate on backrowers lately and if they'd leave etc. If everyone was fit who'd be starters and benching ?

wandered into the thread, and wandered out. Four minutes later, I'm back to say I'm still laughing at LeRouxIsPhat's comment. Almost makes up for not seeing this epic event.

It's been upgraded to a 40 yard run with a dummy and a feint

Conan fully deserved MotM but Carbery was exceptional also (RK may just be Leinsters 3rd best full back!).
The Dragons strategy was either truck it up the middle or, more often than not, kick possession away (to the derision of their fans). Leinsters possession stats must be remarkable for this game.
Ferg will be glad there were no TVs cameras at this game as he did two crunching high tackles but got away with just a peno and a warning.
Zane at centre does not work, although his defence was ok he linked badly with those around him in attack.
Scrum was weak for the first 30 mins and gave away some pens but achieved total dominance by the end of the game pushing over for a try. Reports of Mike Ross's demise have been greatly exaggerated.
Trigga looked sharp, did well to outsprint a defender for his try.
We have a great Scrum half combination in JGP and Luke Mc, they are equally good at bringing something different to each game. Same goes for Ross Byrne (who delivered some peachy kicks) and Joey C. The future looks very bright, we just need Ferg to reinvent himself in midfield a la D'Arce.
The odds are good but the goods are odd.

It's the same with TG4 coverage, people will complain and moan because it's in Irish, and not fathom that if it wasn't for TG4 they wouldn't be seeing that game at all.
My only complaint about TG4 would be Marcus Horan (and previously Jerry Flannery) speaking english

Mean, median or mode?!

It's a strange concern, but when Schmidt had the team going around about as well as this, he would have almost deliberately engineered a bit of a slump, or selected teams that made winning a challenge. Plenty of younger lads got experience last night, but the standard of opposition has not been brilliant at times. The step up to Europe will be significant and would want to be peaking for then.

Maybe I'm taking a slightly overly negative view of all this wining and scoring tries though?! :|
The Castres game burned me I think!
