That's a pretty clear knock on by Healy. Not sure why they needed multiple replays

The only one of the Kings I'd sign is their medic

Amazing defensive play there from Dave Kearney - huge overlap defused by a brilliant read

Can't believe that was even considered for obstruction, but good try all the same

Reminded me of the end of the French game in 2014 when he did the same thing.

McCarthy should have scored at the end.
Ruddock's tackle stats consistently too low for me to be taken seriously as a Six Nations blindside..... Ruddock's defensive stats don't stack up. - All Blacks Nil, Jan 15th, 2014
England A 8 - 14 Ireland A, 25th Jan 2014
Ruddock(c) 19/2 Tackles

Ref caved into the pressure from the home crowd on some of those decisions.

That may well be one of the worst games of rugby I have ever sat through.

I throughly enjoyed Whitehouse having no time for the TMO. No way that was a blocking line run by ROL. Ridiculous waste of time to even consult

Any particular reason the game was played behind closed doors?

BP win away with our theres a 6n game this weekend team but a lot of players were obvious about their lack of game time.

Ryan and Murphy were really good

It was the dreadful stuff, the first half being particularly poor. Playing in front of an empty stadium, against a cr@p team, with two players failing to make it into the country on the back of visa issues ... just an abject spectacle.

Our backline looked particularly disjointed – some of that was due to three players playing for the first time this season [Carberry, Kearney and Reid], but that's the sort of defence you can only use once.

Bonus point win away from home - without Isa - plenty of young blood getting a run
Looks like no serious injuries sustained
Don't think I would be too disappointed

Didn't see the game, but South Africa Raid 2017 is satisfactorily 50% done.

We won with a very poor Leinster performance, particularly in the first half where we looked absolutely clueless. However, there are bigger issues at play. That Southern Kings team were the worst team I've seen us play in Pro/Celtic League history. They were absolutely dreadful, their set piece was rubbish, they had no discernible game plan and they didn't look particularly interested. And of course they played in front of a Donnybrook circa 1998 sized crowd for a game featuring the 3 time European champions - what kind of crowd are the Saffer teams going to get when Zebre and Newport come to town??? There are bigger issues at play than the win we got but I wouldn't be taking any particular satisfaction from anything that happened today! I supported the move to expand but we've swopped games like this against games against Glasgow and the Ospreys, not the same offering at all or anywhere near close.
Flash ahhhh ahhh, he'll save every one of us
