Molony carrying very well so far.
Re: Cardiff v Leinster Fri 7.35 Eir/TG4
Some very poor choices taking in attack so far.
Seems to be a lot more offloading in contact than last year, which is interesting.
Molony having a good game.

Very very interesting to watch Ross Byrne. Has done some things wrong, but has threatened more with ball in hand at times in that half than for most of last season.
Not always making the right decisions, but that's good to see.

That pass was about a metre forward.

Ah lads, shooting ourselves in the foot again. What the hell was Fardy thinking there?! Madness.
Probably fair enough, since they should've had a pen try and a yellow earlier.

Terrible decision by Fardy, and the pass for the try looked forward.

Real question here - could Tomane be faster and more agile if he trims his Barnet? Must be some fierce wind drag on that

When Molony tackled the man before scoring. Wass called back for Williams pulling Fardy but very soft. If it was the other way i'd be spitting.Laighin Break wrote:When?wixfjord wrote:Ah lads, shooting ourselves in the foot again. What the hell was Fardy thinking there?! Madness.

Byrne is a really poor outhalf
Re: Cardiff v Leinster Fri 7.35 Eir/TG4
If it was the other way , we probably wouldn’t have a plank like Nick Williams pulling our guy first !!wixfjord wrote:When Molony tackled the man before scoring. But other than Ruddock, Dominic, Toner and Healy- he’s the youngest... right?cormac wrote:Rhys Ruddock was born 13 Nov 1990 and made his first start away to the Dragons on 06 Dec 2009, so just under 19yrs 1mth. Dominic Ryan (born 28 Mar 1990) also made his first start in that match. Both Toner and Healy were younger than Doris by a few months too when they made their respective debuts.El Diablo wrote:At 20 years, 5 months, Doris must be one of the youngest forwards to start a competitive match for Leinster. James Ryan was held back a few months by injury. Perhaps back into the mists of time there was a younger starter.arsebiscuits1 wrote:Doris ahead of Deegan? Quite suprised.

Very happy with 14-15 at half time after that.

Tomane seems to having a bit of bother holding onto the ball!

Our backline's defence is pretty poor
Look out Itchy, he's Irish
