Oh I don't think so Footrush !

Lots of fans resting and preparing quietly for the game on Saturday.
I have a feeling their will be a lot more blue than expected - judging by the number of supporters I know that are travelling

So relax and take some down time in preparation for your Crusade !

Calm before the storm.

We will take the Quayside by Thursday, Friday we will have the Bigg Market and Grey's monument.

Full assault on St James Park on Saturday!

The away guide is out tonight, that will wet the appetite.

Yep suppose every final is different Bails, any idea if there are any interesting non generic / chain hostelries in Newcastle or is it like a giant Geordie version of Temple Bar ?. Was a bit spoilt last year love Bilbao and the Basque Country, the thoughts of Marseille again next year and Tottenham Hotspur the year after don’t really float my boat at the moment!.

Chilling out to some Cricket this week, (Windies opening partnership was a joy to watch on Sunday). Build me up nicely for Friday's journey North-eastwards.

Just had a quick check and last year was fairly similar as the thread called European Champions Cup Final only had three (94,95 & 96) pages from April 17th until the final on May 10th. All the conjecture and speculation is nearly over. Travel arrangements are firmed up. All that's left is to WAIT...........

Judging by the amount of tickets that people are trying to unload looks like we might be able to move around the ground should be possible for groups of supporters to collect together hope the stewards see the sense in not being over zealous if the place is to have a bit of atmosphere?.
