Re: New European Jerseys
More cr@p jerseys. I wouldn't pay 10 euro for either.
Re: New European Jerseys
Away jersey reminds me of this:
Both have the structure of a knock off jersey from a stall in Spain/Italy that's all light shapeless polyester.

Yizz'll all be wearing them by November
Re: New European Jerseys
The away jersey would be nice if it were blue/navy. Home jersey isn't great.
But realistically I'll never buy a jersey anyway and the training stuff is nice so happy with Adidas overall!

Re: New European Jerseys
The pattern of the Leinster Rugby European jersey takes inspiration from meteorites that fell from the sky and were used by the Laighin people to create their iron spear. These meteorite formations form the graphic design of the jersey paying homage to the tale of the metal of the Gods, providing bold and vibrant energy for Leinster Rugby’s European campaign.
https://www.leinsterrugby.ie/new-adidas ... e-jerseys/The Alternate jersey embodies the electric energy of Ireland’s east coast at night. The iconic purple skyline forms the colour inspiration for this season’s kit. Incorporating a twist on the traditional hoop design, the kit harnesses the vibrant energy of the province, whilst maintaining a classic look and feel.

Traditional hoop design. But whose hoop did the copywriting come out of?cormac wrote: Incorporating a twist on the traditional hoop design,

didn't realise to be a fan you had to waste money on a jersey.johng wrote:Call yourself a fan.....mildlyinterested wrote:false, haven't bought a jersey this decade.johng wrote:Yizz'll all be wearing them by November

It is your mission to spend as much of your disposable income as possible on Leinster related products. Did you not get the mission briefing?mildlyinterested wrote:didn't realise to be a fan you had to waste money on a jersey.johng wrote:Call yourself a fan.....mildlyinterested wrote:

Wow...I thought they'd calm down a bit given last year's nonsense but to outdo themselves is quite unbelievable.cormac wrote:The pattern of the Leinster Rugby European jersey takes inspiration from meteorites that fell from the sky and were used by the Laighin people to create their iron spear. A reminder of the final loss that will motivate us during the season?Morf wrote:Away jersey reminds me of this:

As it happens, I really like that jersey. If it was a training t-shirt then I'd get one ASAP but don't buy jerseys anymore because I stopped playing properly 3/4 years ago so only need them for running/tag/football and they're just not comfortable for that and needlessly expensive. Had a look at the new training stuff in Lifestyle and thought it all looked quite cheap in the flesh.

Re: New European Jerseys
I like the look of the away one, would have to see the blue one in the flesh.
What I wish someone would do some day is, instead of writing second rate junior cert prose paens to meteors and light pollution, say "well our designer came up with this pattern, we thought it was jolly nice and would look good in blue/red/green/white/purple/goldenrod so we decided to use it on your jersey"

I think the blue one would look a lot better if the shorts were dark.

Re: New European Jerseys
At last! I'm not the only one thinking we should have a two-tone kit - with shorts darker than the jersey!!!!!leinsterforever wrote:I think the blue one would look a lot better if the shorts were dark.
