Re: Saints away 7th December
Or James Tracy for most appearances?
Re: Saints away 7th December
They're likely not regular internationals with good fitness records would be two criteriacormac wrote:Tomorrow is the 135th game of Leo Cullen's time as head-coach which means he's now been in charge for more games than any other coach in Leinster's history.
Anyone want to guess which player has a) made the most appearances under Leo and b) which one has started the most games? It's not the same player by the way.
Age also.
The first name that came to mind was Dev but that was before the aforementioned criteria.
Ruddock (Starts) might be one and JGP
Great questions BTW.

Printer at home bust. Does anyone with previous knowledge know if I can get in to Franklin's Gardens with the match tickets on my smartphone?
Well maybe not working there but employed.

No-one has got the player with the most starts yet.

Re: Saints away 7th December
McGrath is probably it.
Dev must be high on the list of the internationals. Can’t think of anyone injured less.

Re: Saints away 7th December
Correct! 69 starts, one ahead of Dev. Probably speaks to how much rotation there's been that such a relatively low number tops the charts. By comparison Jamie Heaslip made 108 starts in Cheika's 134 games.hugonaut wrote:Luke McGrath?cormac wrote:Correct. 98 appearances so far.hugonaut wrote:Or James Tracy for most appearances?

This is worth 11 minutes of your time.

Was at that game and I remember thinking the first half was one of the best attacking performances I'd seen from us. Some beautiful tries in there.
Sean Cronin making a break from his own 22 a particular highlight.

Getting nervous now.
Can we not just get it started?

Thanks, I wasn't at it and can barely remember that match. The return fixture though... I remember that one really well.wixfjord wrote:This is worth 11 minutes of your time.

Brilliant start - super run from Jordan
Re: Saints away 7th December
Some start!
Lucky for that not to be called back but excellent from Jordan.

Re: Saints away 7th December
Ringrose bounced twice for that Northampton try
Re: Saints away 7th December
Larmour looking so sharp though. Very positive.
Re: Saints away 7th December
Kelleher and Doris have had really good carrying starts.
Jordan looking very sharp.
Our ruck work isn't where it needs to be though.

Lowe doesn't need to offload everything....
Re: Saints away 7th December
Midfield defence is poor from us. Ringrose caught twice now.

Remember when Biggar couldn't get a game for Wales in favour of the deeply average Priestland?
