I’m fairness to the lad he’s been abused non stop over supposedly having multiple accounts for over a week now so what do you expect. Maybe we can all move on.
I’m actually from artane myself and didn’t appreciate the comment but it was coming.

My point remains- this is boring and unproductively divisive. Let’s move on.

Would be happy to see this team take the field on Saturday. JGP will feel unlucky having missed the Munster game. Adam Byrne needs an improved performance. Frawley is due a big day to keep his face in the frame for No. 10 jersey. Larmour could take the opportunity to deprive RK of European selection if he maintains his standard of last month.mildlyinterested wrote:Something like this:

I assumed he must have been injured. My encounter merely convinced me he wouldn't be making the trip to Thomond, not why.Jonny tight lips wrote:turns out Bent was injured not just on a 7 day hangover.

Frawley missed a chunk of the season with injury and has racked up a few sub appearances at a tough time of the season to break into the team. He’d been allowed a little rust in a rare start.Ruckedtobits wrote:Would be happy to see this team take the field on Saturday. JGP will feel unlucky having missed the Munster game. He seems like he’s been around a long time but he turned 22 last month. He’s also been moving around position.

Frawley looks a tidy player to be fair and I was excited to see him come on at IC and take up a second 5/8 position on attacking scrums with a left and right option for HOS.
That said, is there room enough in our squad for him and Harry Byrne? I thought he might get more chances at FB, but Keenan and Kel look to be the support roles to Kearney and Larmour. Can we hold onto him and keep him happy?

Strong team. Good to see Tomane back. Also looking forward to seeing Baird get a run out.mildlyinterested wrote:ILeinster Rugby (caps in brackets):

Strong side.
Can't wait to see Salanoa, Baird, Byrne get a run.
Big game for Frawley too.
Backline might be a wee bit blunt, would've liked to see Kelleher getting a start. But we'll have enough up front for them.
Connacht side looks a bit thrown together.

Be interesting to see if Byrne comes on at 10 and Frawley moves to 12. Can't see Tomane going full game on his first back.

I hate making predictions, but I wish I was there to see it. Very strong pack and the potential to finish the game with a very exciting backline.Jonny tight lips wrote:I imagine so, I was only having a laugh. Any predictions for the weekend?
What a season we're having and how spoiled we are as fans.
