When did we get into the habit of not quoting the source for stories we upload? Is this now considered okay?

“We are very slim in terms of tighthead but it’s also an opportunity for the guys that are here and maybe even some… not changing, but adapting position-wise, maybe a loosehead could play tighthead and so on,” said Contepomi.

Roman, Roman, wherefore art thou Munster?
The same could be said of Nick McCarthy at scrum half.
Two moves being shown to be as idiotic as they were unnecessary.

Good to hear from Leo re: Leinsters dominance in the Pro 14 after Monday nights game:
"Definitely,” said Cullen. “Of course it’s a concern.
“You’re trucking along, picking up bonus-point wins and then you’re seeing trends. Even, there’s a couple of things that we saw against Edinburgh. I think 14 was the penalty count given against us – on another day where you don’t take some of the opportunities that we took in the first half, suddenly it’s a very different game.
“I didn’t think we were at our best and even though we did pick up the bonus-point win, everyone – players and coaches – are very realistic that there’s a lot of things we can get better at.
“It’s important for us to be very open about that in terms of looking to improve all the time.
“That’s the biggest lesson for us over the last couple of weeks really, in terms of having that consistency and being open about what’s realistic.
“Just because things went your way this week doesn’t mean you’ll get a bonus-point win other weeks.
“Particularly in the second half, I thought we looked ragged at times.
“I think it’s a very, very valid point. We need to make sure we don’t pick up bad habits that would cost us on a different day.”

Re: Leinster Squad 20-21
Genuinely disgraceful in the case of Salanoa considering all the work we had put in, and how much game time he'd be getting now...We might even need an NIQ tighthead next season.

Re: Leinster Squad 20-21
Seriously short on centres atm. Frawley and O'Loughlin to start there for Europe assuming Henshaw/Ringrose are still out.
Re: Leinster Squad 20-21
Anyone kind of hoping that Frawley can become our first choice centre? Feels weird to say so as Henshaw and Ringrose are both so good. But Frawleys distribution and kicking from 12 offer us something different, and he has the size to be effective enough trucking it up if he needs to. I wonder if he might be the way forward. With the amount the first choice guys get injured he should get some opportunities anyway.

Re: Leinster Squad 20-21
Obviously Henshaw and Ringrose are great and we're lucky to have them but I would like to see Frawley really make a push. It'd be great to have 3 guys pushing for starts there too, both because competition is always good and because our current starters are injury prone. It would also give us an extra dimension to our play that we don't currently have. Hope he gets a shot at 12 for Europe with the injuries as they are currently.Jcahill1 wrote: ↑November 25th, 2020, 2:37 pm Anyone kind of hoping that Frawley can become our first choice centre? Re: Leinster Squad 20-21
Would definitely bring another string to our attacking bow, but I think Henshaw brings so much in terms of punch and defensively he's still our #12. Frawley is the perfect bench option, so will be interesting to see if he gets into the #22 jersey ahead of Ross B.Jcahill1 wrote: ↑November 25th, 2020, 2:37 pm Anyone kind of hoping that Frawley can become our first choice centre? Re: Leinster Squad 20-21
Definitely know what you mean, might be a case of rotation. Some teams seem to have figured out how to negate Henshaws effectiveness in attack.wixfjord wrote: ↑November 25th, 2020, 2:48 pmWould definitely bring another string to our attacking bow, but I think Henshaw brings so much in terms of punch and defensively he's still our #12. Lowe is going for a scan on his abductor injury, which isn't good news for Leinster ahead of the start of the Champions Cup next month.

Re: Leinster Squad 20-21
Leinster rugby posted Rhys Ruddock's stats for the season on Instagram there, pretty incredible stuff. Top player for carries, offloads and turnovers, second for metres made, and third for tackles and defenders beaten.
