There’s no way they’re lining up like that but I doubt your scenario will play out because surely JOB would be starting if he was good to go? I’d say he’s more/as likely to drop out as Johnny.

I expect Ross at 12 and Robbie at 13.

There could be changes/issues in midfield (I’d hate for Harry to end up starting ten and Ross staying in the centre) but the rest of the team looks good.

Might not be the game for it but I hope we get the ball to Larmour and Keenan a lot, think they’ve both been underused at times.

What about:

RB - 10; JS - 12; RH - 13 with variations depending on where set-piece is.

Suspect that JO'B is least likely to start but covers back-three. Hawkshaw for cover rather than Turner if he's missing.
