I like your right leg. A lovely leg for the role.
I've got nothing against your right leg.
The trouble is ... neither have you

True.. a good bit behind Wales and only slightly ahead of Argentina too. Just shows the damage the club sugar daddies are doing.

Am I correct to assume we can only move up by playing SA or NZ?

France is actually somewhere between Scotland and Italy. Wait the next Italy/France to know exactly where.

In a single game yes. We can still get points off teams within 10 ranking points of us (bearing in mind that home team always has an additional 3 points). There's just under a point available vs Wales and a fraction of a point available vs Scotland.

Always interesting to see them in a list, but they mean nothing really. You win nothing for a place in the rankings.

What I couldn't find today was the post from the last release of the rankings on planet rugby. There were lots of English fans saying that this weekends game would prove they were right. Wonder what they think now.

Mostly true, except for when the seedings for the RWC are being decided.

Doing that seeding so far out from the competition itself makes it a lottery as to whether the groups make sense by the time the event makes it around.

Are we looking odds on to be first seeds for Japan then?

If same as last time are we looking to find out post Autumn internationals 2016?

Apart from having a more settled base in Japan not sure if it makes much odds being seeded one or two.

Georgia have passed Italy and Scotland are now just a g**hair ahead of Japan

Not great that we have 6N teams in 15th and (barely) 10th.
