Good old Paddy.
Returns after as he says he's an accountant yet can't add.
Then can't even defend his comment. Guess he's the bluffer.
I don't agree with Wixjford but at least he made some argument as opposed to an accountant who can't add

Have a tough enough run in but have their future in the hands as they're playing the 3 teams ahead of them and can concentrate on the league.

Winning their next 2 games would really help Connacht qualify next year.

They are dreadful though, they have the personnel but they just aren't delivering. If it weren't for Piutau they wouldn't even be worth watching. Gibbes can't get there soon enough

Are the top six finishers guaranteed qualification.
What I'm going getting at is this.
Italy are guaranteed one qualifying place.
If Glasgow finished 7th ie outside the top 6 are they guaranteed a qualifying place?
Thus leaving only one playoff place.
Mirror, Mirror on the Wall who's the greatest player of them all? It is Drico your majesty.

Glasgow will qualify for the Champions Cup next year as long as they finish above Edinburgh. So Connacht would need to finish 5th.

Connacht and Cardiff likely to be the 2 sides in the playoffs.

No they dont. The tight 5 is fairly weak, the front row excepting best has gone backwards this season and theyre stuck playing henderson in the backrow. Wilson is a shadow of his former self too.
Ruddock's tackle stats consistently too low for me to be taken seriously as a Six Nations blindside..... Ruddock's defensive stats don't stack up. - All Blacks Nil, Jan 15th, 2014

Things might get better when we get Best, Henderson, Jackson and Payne back and Schmidt stops giving orders on players getting game time.
Wilson is retiring at end of season

Nice work from Ulster. Should set the Os back a bit while improving themselves.

Just when things were looking up for the Ospreys......I think Ulster will be happy enough to see the back of him.

Connacht only need to beat the 2nd best Welsh team and the 2nd best Scottish team to skip the playoffs.

But looking again at their fixtures that's a bigger ask than I'd realised.

14 behind Scarlets, but with the game v Zebre in hand. Also play them in Galway in R21...possible but may have to win all their remaining games.

Ulster pulled it out of the fire and won with no thanks to either Paul Marshall or Rodney Ah You. Ulster had some bad luck with Pienaar and Herst going off injured. Gliroy got a harsh yellow also. Dragons unlucky not to get a lbp. The only positive was Threadwell who was sensational. A future Irish international.
