Te'o went to the team offering the most money not anything else
Not entirely accurate - Te'o went to the team with enough space in their Salary cap to accomodate his RFU deal - would be a more precise way of looking at it
Not counting Aki and McCartney for next season (which I shouldve done) theyve Fox-Matamua, Fijian flanker, and Boschoff. If Lli sticks around thats their 4
Be nice if they got a prop

If James Ryan fulfils his promise, we could have three very good second row options for Ireland for the foreseeable.

Agreed but I've being quietly impressed with Conor Carey everytime I've seen him play. Don't think he's Lions standard but he's a very good PRO12 prop with soft hands.

He got mullered against Toulouse, but so have better props so no shame in that
He is a very useful Pro12 player and to top it off he is sound as fnck as well

Good to know. Maybe with Roux behind him next time he'll have a better chance but that Toulouse pack was massive.
