Not at all. Its a commercial activity on what can often be an environmentally sensitive area, of course you'd need some kind of licencing. Where do all the people who go to these park, eat, sh!t? Where do they dump their rubbish? Who has liability in the case of injury or death. Its not like a bunch of mates rocking up and throwing a ball around, these are big events with good crowds and a healthy turnover.
