Another reason to love Seanie O'Brien, if you didn't already.

"A funny incident which endeared Sean to the whole squad happened a year ago in a Leinster 'A' game away to Saracens in London. A bit of a scuffle broke out early in the game, but it was more of a case of handbags in truth.

Dan Scarborough, who is an England International, grabbed Sean by the throat and said "F**k off back to Ireland, Paddy, and eat your Spuds!!!"

Quick as a light Sean replied "I'll give you Spuds!" and connected with a sweet uppercut that left Scarborough having to be stretchered off the field."



Seanie, you're a legend!!! Can't wait to see you back on the field!

Seanie is already a Leinster legend in my eyes, was lucky enough to meet him in Tullow with the Heineken Cup and he's a sound lad and wish him all the best in his recovery. Outstanding player with a massive Leinster & Irish future. Plus, no harm in knocking out a cheeky tan.
