Very satisfying win........ horrible conditions yesterday but thoroughly enjoyed the win....... great atmosphere too. There's a few more in that team as well given the age profile.cormac wrote:Up yours Peig. #25

You would have to be happy with that. To me Dublin always looked in control. Could be a long period of domination coming. Thrilled.

Strange thing about this Kerry team is that they seem more interested in smart arsed stuff than playing the game. They play football and are 2 points behind, then ramp up the cynical and off the ball stuff only to get blown away.

Re: Dublin GAA Thread
A fair spirit shown from our hurlers down in Cork tonight after an abject 70 against the Champs last week....it doesn't in itself mean anything other than the fact we've a few fellas with the stomach for the fight on the pitch and off it. Still....cant reconcile the likes of Sutcliffe refusing to play....

Cork are in no great shakes, but still good to get a win (I'd say plenty were predicting Dublin to lose all their games in the league). Clare could be another scalp, and then hopefully avoid relegation by improving the points diff.

The dirty-dubs must be split in 2 (hold on, they could still have an all-dublin all-ireland, an appalling vista).
The dirty-dubs must be split into 3 or 4, that will keep the feckers down.
