The thread title is disrespectful IMO and should be changed...it's wrong not to reference South Africa as well.

Curious to see how the starting halfbacks go. The rest of the team looks pretty good to me but so much will hinge on how they play. Disappointed that Nash isn't playing though, was hoping he'd be a starter for the first few weeks of the season.

What position did Joey come on, if anyone was watching?

Jaysus. How many people were at that game? What's the excuse this time?

This tournament really fails to attract fans. It isn't like the clubs are playing in 60,000 seater stadia that are shared with a local football team. Of all the highlights I've seen, only Cardiff looked respectable.

Ah so you only saw the Leinster match on tv, ok.
And not even live at that.

Must have been the lowest attendance of all of the matches involving the Irish provinces. Not poking, it's concerning.

As long as you lot keep criticising Munster for low turnouts I'll keep pointing out that the population of Munster is half that of Leinster who not only don't get double Munster's attendence but whose population is also much more concentrated to the venue in Dublin.
I know this shouldn't be news to you, but you just can't seem to grasp it.

Your fans had much more of a choice to turn up. Poor show from "The Greatest Fans in the World"

12,265 according to the Indo. Anyone do a head count. I think Munster start with the season ticket total and add day trippers to that.

Very disappointing away support for the newly crowned double winners Leinster in Cardiff on Friday.
Seemed to be just a few WAGs with flags.
Do Ryanair not fly from Dublin to Cardiff?
Just checked and you know what? They do!

Munster calculate crowds the same way Leinster do.
I don't think season ticket holders should be automatically included either.

the policy of having different coloured seats to disguise a half-empty white elephant not working then?

Are you really surprised that the "greatest fans in the world" don't turnip to watch a bunch of journeymen and mercenaries at this stage of the season. I fully expect the heavy IRFU investment in TPFKAM to provide success on the field possibly even silverware and the fans will jump back on board when that happens. Poor mans Racing Metro, they really are a joke of a team.
